The first windows delivered did not have the correct grid and Tony immediately ordered replacements to swap out. This was done in a timely manner and I was over the moon happy. The bow window installation looked difficult but these experienced guys got it done and it's absolutely beautiful! Some minor details had to be addressed regarding the bow window. Chris came out again and finished the inside with impeccable woodworking skills.
