If I could give a -10 stars I would. I hired Dot Com Media to help me with generating leads for my solar company. The representative, Michele, was manipulating in her arm-twisting, promises, intimidating tactics and misrepresentations after we signed up. The times she went over instructions on what we needed to do, she talked so fast about everything that the majority of the time it was not even fully comprehensible to laypersons such as my staff and I. She strung my staff and I along, and it took about 4 months, after their money back guarantee offer expired, for us to realize this was a big scam. As a result of this treatment, I had not been happy with their services and/or product for at least 4 months after our initial contact. They were also terrible at returning phone calls. I finally decided to cancel our subscription which I did, in writing. Both my staff and I were met by opposition and threats of being sent to collections for not paying, which they have now followed through on, as well as recording conversations without our knowledge. They are expecting me to continue with their services and pay them about $1,000 a month for terrible customer service, and frankly dishonest practices. We have not received one call or email from anyone interested in Solar. Whatever happened to the old adages "customer satisfaction" or the "customer is always right"?? Obviously this is something Dot Com Media doesn't believe in. We simply wanted to cut our ties, move on and part ways, without any further work from them, and call it a bad deal. We just hope that they learn from their mistakes and don't take advantage of other companies, as they did ours. read more

I have used Dot Com Media for years for my entire online presence. The website was just the first step of the adventure. After only a month they banged out the most functional and attractive version of my site. Nobody had come close to their design ideas. After the design went so well I started doing optimization of my local store and my ecommerce site. To say that I am impressed with the results is an understatement. I am thrilled with my sales that have increased around 75%. My experience with them has been excellent. I have always been clear about the steps that they wanted to take, I have to give my approval and they are always happy to hear my requests and suggestions. We wanted them to create a website for our company. Nick Ryan promised that he is going to do the best website. Said that TODAY is the last day of this huge sale and instead of $11,000 they will only charge us $3,000. After They got their check, which they cashed 10 minutes after getting it, they disappeared on us. Nick Ryan promised to start working on the website immediately. 2 weeks after, he still has not showed us any base of this site. Nothing. He just said that it is lots of work. After scheduling a phone appointment, to show us some of the work that was done, he never called at the time agreed upon. We called the office, begging for him to contact us. After complaining to the office manager, instead of fixing the situation, she kept telling us how disappointed she was that Nick gave us such a big break and that she will report it to the corporate office, just to ease our mind, pretending that we got a huge break. In fact, they do not have any corporate office. He made a few phone appointments with us which were never met. $3000 are gone and so is our website. read more

In the past year, Dot Com Media has been able to put our site above our competitors on Google under dozens of our terms. I have been able to pull back on our other ad spending and have seen a continued increase every month. They were honest from the beginning regarding how much time it may take and they explained every step to me, I wholly appreciate their efforts and guidance. i gave this company $12,500 for nothing. they did not even provide a site that is optimized. i had no idea a site costs so much. no back links, and no rankings. i worked with nick and he did not help and disappeared every time i asked what was going on. after the 3rd month he said if you are not happy, we will stop the service yet they continued to charge my account for $2500.00 every month for additional 2 months. stay away from them. i called nina & she said she will address the issue & made an appointment with her only to hear back from this other guy by the name of vlad who said he ranked my website and did 30 naps but my new developer said no such thing was done. do not work with them. read more

It has been over a month and still no service of any kind has been done. After I figured out that this company was illegitimate, i called several times before receiving a response for my money back.
