I was with doTerra for years. And came across another oil company that are more pure. They're not willing to compromise or add any carrier Oils. I've had Oils from doTerra that have thickened or dissipated in my bottles. Also, some that have gone rancid. Another thing I don't care for doTerra is you have to order every month to get your 30% off. Their shipping went from 3.99 to 6.99, And that you have to order every month. So for those reasons, I decided to go with another company. Yeah, one time there was a letter sent around, saying that people are not allergic to their oils. But in doing our research, we found out that people are allergic to some of their oils. They also continue to raise their prices since Covid and for that reason, I'm out! . Also. doTerra is an MLM offshoot of Young Living (a bunch of disgruntled YL reps founded doTerra) and they sell high quality but also high-priced essential oils, blends and supplements. I have only ordered online and received good customer service. I have never been to their HQ in Utah. read more

DoTerra sells their products through Wellness Advocates as well as through their website. I have ordered only through their website. Their main products are essential oils, and they also sell diffusers, soaps and other skincare, and nutritional supplements. I bought two of their diffusers. The diffusers are easy to use and to keep clean, and they add moisture and aromas to the air in my home very well. I have also purchased a few of doTerra's essential oils. Their essentials oils have nice scents, but they do not smell as strongly as essential oils from other brands. Prices for the diffusers and essentials oils are higher than at competing businesses. I have experienced no problems with my purchases or deliveries. read more

I was lied to about several things when I made my purchase. I stopped by their booth to find out if they sold any toothpaste or shampoo that is hypoallergenic because I have a severe allergic reaction to many things. The lady told me yes, but it doesn't say that on the packaging. She assured me they were, and these products are made with 100% all natural items. She tried to up sale by showing me this nice book that has beautiful pics showing which items to use for different health issues. I was told that if I spent $100 I would get the book for free so I did. I was told to walk to the next building to pick them up. When I went to pick up it took 45 minutes before it was ready. I looked in my tiny bag and asked where my book was. She said there was no book ordered. Then she told me I got a note in the bag showing the code to scan so I could pull it up online. That is not what I was told by the lady. When I used one of my items, I had a severe reaction. They should not be allowed to lie about this. Doterra is the most amazing company I have ever worked with. Their product center is a wonderful place to visit to pick up my orders, and let my little children play in the play area. I have gone there to get massages at the spa center in the same building. It is absolutely heavenly! Doterra has grown so large, that it's an evitable for there to be some people who are displeased with their service. But overall, they try so hard to make everyone happy and resolve any concerns. Their products are the highest quality in the world and they have a higher integrity level than any other company I have worked with. So don't listen to the naysayers. They are few and far between as Doterra prepares to pass 9 million customers with the vast majority of them very, very happy. read more

It's a MLM company first of all. Only the top 1% actually make money in a "multi level marketing" or pyramid scheme. They lie in their promotions. They claim to have built a school in for a small tribe in Somaliland. The school doesn't exist. Vice did an actual good in depth documentary on essential oils. doTERRA claims to give back to the harvesters of the oils they need that are only found in certain areas. They do not help any of the harvesters. They give the pennies to make millions. And than doTERRA starts s pyramid scheme, no I'm sorry a "MLM". So anybody can become rich overnight selling essential oils and insense doTERRA will tell you. If you support companies that sell you fake dreams, this one's for you!! read more

Good experience on my yearly drive through Utah. The cafe was closed just that day only which was a huge disappointment (hence the 4 stars instead of 5). The sales person was great and really knew the products. She gave me a fun experience introducing me to everything new. I really enjoyed it and will hopefully have a chance to enjoy the cafe next time. read more

The DoTERRA product center is AWESOME!!! The customer service is wonderful! I am always in and out in a flash and my kids enjoy the kids play area there...which is so cool, I kind of wish it did take longer to get my order because my kids always want to stay and play for a bit. This company has over priced essential oils and terrible customer service. I enrolled in their loyalty program without having it explained to me thoroughly and close to $200 of products were shipped to me without my consent. After much struggle, I managed to get Doterra to refund my order. I returned the order. I confirmed it was received but they never refunded my money. Spoke to a customer service representative yesterday who said they refunded my money to my credit card. Well guess what, I checked with my credit card company and they did not refund my money!! I order doterra athletes kit online and it said the athletes kit was available and I chose to pick up my order at the product center but when I got there the employee told me they were out of the athletes kit and that I should have been contacted about a delay and I was not contacted. The 2nd time I order doterra Breathe and on-guard on the 31st December and this time I chose UPS delivery and I knew it would take more time for delivery due to the new year holiday. I called doterra on January 2 and they told me it would be shipped that same day and use would receive my package the next day January 3, I never received my package, so I called doterra again on January 4 to find out what was going on with my delivery. The agent i spoke to check the order and contacted their warehouse and told me that my package would be delivered in 2 to 5 days. I never received an apology for both times being inconvenienced and no offer to rectify their mistakes read more

Every time I have visited the Doterra Product Center has been a positive experience. I always leave feeling valued and appreciated as a customer. There are plenty of parking spaces and the grounds are well kept. The interior, including the ladies' restroom, is spotless. The staff is pleasant, knowledgeable about the products, and helpful - even if I'm returning an item.
