It's been 5th day today and they have shipped only one part of the product i.e. Hardware to set up TV but failed to mail Internet set up hardware. When I talk to customer care they said it's still in the ware house and yet to be shipped and if I want it next day I shld pay again for over night shipment ($30). In fact they shld return my $30 they charged for screwing up my order and not sending me all the set up items overnight. I shld have read reviews before going for this company. There are zillions of Consumer complaints soaring over this company for bad customer experience. This company lacks professional ethics.

After months of trying and after 3+ hours waiting on the phone, we finally talked to a customer service rep in the summer. He said the issue was taken care of. Nevertheless, WOW has not refunded the prepayment and continued to bill. This is the worst customer service we have ever received.

They asked for my physical address 4 times before saying UPS would deliver on Friday, 7 d as us after the original modem quit. The following monday after spending about 20 minutes on the phone I thought we had this monster whipped. The 2nd modem was to be delivered on 2 Aug, 2018. The next day on Aug 2, i recieved an email saying it was to be delivered on the 1st. None of this was making sense so more phone calls. On Friday August 3rd I did receive the modem. Would I EVER refer centurylink to any of my friends? I'd rather stand in front of a firing squad!
