I have never seen a company so unprofessional, being there for only money and gives shit about customer satisfaction. I just moved to this area and I went for Comcast as suggested by my apartment management. Paid for over night shipment to have Internet running next day. It's been 5th day today and they have shipped only one part of the product i.e. Hardware to set up TV but failed to mail Internet set up hardware. When I talk to customer care they said it's still in the ware house and yet to be shipped and if I want it next day I shld pay again for over night shipment ($30). In fact they shld return my $30 they charged for screwing up my order and not sending me all the set up items overnight. I shld have read reviews before going for this company. There are zillions of Consumer complaints soaring over this company for bad customer experience. This company lacks professional ethics. read more

I moved to cottonwood rd few months ago.. i had very bad experience with Xfinity. They keep running me around saying my area is available for interent. so when they arrived and they told me that it wasnt available so i asked them ok can i just use basic cable with DVR and they said yes so they gave me box for it and guess what DVR isnt working so i called them and they said sorry they gave us wrong box and will send it to me so i waited for week for it and guess what they never arrived so i called them.. they said ill send it .. i told them forget it i want to cancel it and use just streaming only with other company so they canceled it and told me that they will send a box to return it to them ... but they never sent me a box and guess what they charged me over 200 dollars for not returning a box to them! I told them i still hasnt recieved a shipping box over the phone ... they are soo unreal.. I wish i can go back to wow which it isnt available in our new area sooo sad read more

Absolutely ridiculous. You sit on hold fighting with their insanely frustrating automated "help" and then never reach a human when its done with you. After this it is ALWAYS giving you the option for a call back, because they are busy (doing absolutely nothing), then you are never called back. I hate this service, its the worst cable provider I have ever used. They get your order then leave you with inoperative equipment, no support, and a pixellated mess for a picture over 50% of the time and refuse to service you. read more

It is extremely disappointing that this company is into price gouging. I have tried several times to get just internet but they have no desire to be accommodating. Its either bundle or nothing! If I were to change to just internet the cost would be extremely high! $88/month! Just to surf the web? Why? A large majority of the time I am not even able to do anything on web because the service is lousy in my neighborhood! I'm changing, I doubt if the other providers can be that much worse!!! read more

I saw I was charged double on my bill this month, so I called comcast Dothan, al to try to get to the bottom of it. The lady I spoke with was named Sherry, Very nice and helpful. She looked into it and told me my 1 year contract was up, so the amount I was paying stopped at the end of the year contract and it now would be regular priced. She found me another 1 year contract deal that was going to take it back down another 20+ dollars a month. She was so nice, and I wish I would have said yes to the survey that they ask you before you talk to the customer service representative to fill out after you are done. Hopefully this will reach her superiors and she will get recognized for her wonderful customer service skills! I called angry and got off the phone happy! Thank you Mrs. Sherry! read more
