First of all, the front desk receptionist, Claire, has impeccable customer service skills. I've seen her juggle multiple customers in person, and on the phone all while maintaining her friendly and professional service to everyone. They have a waiting room where you can drink water before or after your service, a very tidy bathroom, and nice massage rooms (single and couples). The masseuses are all very sweet, and great at massaging. However, some can be a bit heavy handed even after requesting light or medium pressure at the reception. But they also respond to body cues and check in throughout the massage to ensure you are comfortable and okay with the pressure. They allow you to choose a female or male therapist and customize the massage. I believe you can also get a discount if you pay in cash. I normally get the 60 minute swedish massage and I always feel refreshed after. Also love how late they open and accommodate last minute appointments by phone. Highly recommend!

When I say accidentally, I just mean that I intended to schedule with a female therapist but then selected an appointment time on Joe's schedule. They called me to confirm if that was okay and I just rolled with it. I have been seeing him at least once a month ever since. I have been getting massages since before I even had a license. Joe is the most consistent therapist I ever had. I prefer deep tissue massages and I get just that...for the entire 60 minutes unlike some massages where only here and there feels good. Joe is professional and always checks in before each session to determine if there are any specific spots he should focus on. Prior to leaving I always get my next appointment on the calendar. The customer service here is great. Because they are super small and don't always have someone at the desk, I typically have to leave a message when calling. I always receive a call back within the hour. I have had to call to reschedule an appointment or two and never had an issue. I highly recommend checking them out.
