Absolutely horrible experience! Management was horrible and rude. My sister and I took the time to make an appointment today, Pryor instead of walking in because we knew our time was going to be limited. They were able to accommodate one of us and told the second that it would be five minutes every five minutes for 25 minutes. I got very frustrated and I left and when my sister confronted the management, she was told there's more to life than getting your nails done.! Great business model! Save your money. Came here last minute. My regular nail salon was booked so I came here after work. I was a walk in and was immediately greeted. I checked in to a kiosk/ipad and was escorted to the station that Jack was working at. Jack was very nice and he took his time. The only complaint I have is my nails look rather thick and my almond shape isn't as "almondy" as I would like lol! They look like press on nails to me. *shrug* Very clean and organized salon. Welcome to the wall of dipping powder. Seriously! They seem to have endless color options. I had the pleasure of engaging with the Bliss nail staff yesterday after a funeral. I was feeling down and really wanted to do something to pick up my spirits. The nail technician helped me find the perfect holiday wine dip color and took her time soaking off my old nails, shaping, buffing, dipping and manicuring my nails to perfection. The salon was huge with a cute white Christmas tree in the middle. I don't anticipate going back due to the location but if you're in the area please stop in. I highly recommend them. read more

Titi took extra care with my beautiful pedicure. Had trouble choosing the right shade of gel and the one she brought was perfect! My friends and I had a pedi day and enjoyed every minute. I usually bring my daughter and fiancée here for service but each time I've gone in the past 6 months, I've left feeling disappointed. I was there over the weekend and chose to receive the $65 dollar pedi. First of all, I was not paying attention, the nail tech did not use new tools on me. She put USED toe separators on my feet and when I mentioned it to her she acted like she didn't understand. That is sooo unsanitary. WHY WOULD YOU GRAB SOMETHING OUT OG THE TRASH TO PUT ON MY FEET. The polish was old and chunky and did not dry. I brought this to the receptionist's attention and his response was to ask if I wanted to leave a tip. First visit..The salon is beautiful and high end design and equipment. I scheduled pedicures for me and mama for her birthday. I also had a manicure. They started my pedicure about 10-15 min after starting hers. She was happy with her pedicure and mine was good. Most of my concern was with my manicure. My fingers are still painful from the cuticle work. I don't know why you would yank up the cuticle cutter basically ripping my cuticle off instead of cutting it. It was hurting as she was doing it but I didn't speak up and should have. She cut one too short which caused bleeding. Usually when the cuticles are done in this way it causes terrible hang nails on most of my fingers. It takes a couple days to start. My cuticle areas are burning. My review is that I can't completely be negative because it wasn't a horrible experience. It's also a little pricey. I don't think I'll be back. An update from a few days later. I added pictures of my sore fingers and all the hang nails from them pulling my cuticles off instead of cutting properly. You are supposed to still leave some cuticle. There is no cuticle left! This will only get worse and takes weeks to heal!! I am not happy at all!! read more

after making an appointment two days prior to my service, I was greeted at the door, not with a smile, but with confusion. My friend and I requested to sit together for our manicures, but when I asked to look at the gel colors, I was told quickly to get to my seat. The the much older lady said she would bring me the colors. I never experienced that. Usually, you can browse through the colors before you sit down. Did not see the color I wanted in the book that she gave me and so I went and got up and went and found the ones I wanted. When I showed her the color, she said they were out, I wondered why are they even hanging on the hook? I got a color that I would like, and she proceeded with a manicure. My friend and I chitchatted had a good conversation fast forward to the application of the gel. The lady kept manhandling my arms, moving my hands and shaking her head when I was doing something she didn't like. it was very rude and my friend also noticed this. My friends technician was very nice. I kind of wish I had had her. I asked her if she had the Sally Hanson cuticle remover and she said she couldn't do it on my nail, they were going to bleed. I've never heard that before. She was quite rude and seem to be rushing me. I never had a manicure at this location before and didn't know where things were. She told me to go wash my hands and I had to ask customer where they were and she told me. On top of all of this they charge 5% extra for credit card sales and ask for cash if you want to save 5%. This is outrageous. Other salons do not charge as much for credit card sales, I honestly believe that the technician did not like the color of my skin and so that is why she was so incredibly rude to me. I hope this nail salon can do better in the future. They were not busy at the time there was no one waiting she was just very very very rude. It's very sad. I will not be coming back. read more

I went in for dip powder and was told about an hour. It ended up taking 2 hours which was absurd, and has never taken that long in the past at other places. In addition, she basically BUTCHERED my hands! If you look at the pictures you can see how bad the area around my fingernails have been cut. Not to mention the huge gash on my thumb. She drew blood multiple times during the process! I understand an accidental slip up here and there, but as much as my fingers are cut, she should not be doing nails. read more

Bliss in Millersville has a wonderful atmosphere (as does Crofton) - I have had bad luck with gel fill not being sealed and polish peeling off days later and asking for a bit of cuticle to be clipped, and having extra cuticle clipping and to be told my gel fill was $50 I realize prices have gone up since the shutdown of 4 months and people not comfortable coming back; but when I went back after the gel peeling off and wearing off (the reason you GET gel is it does not wear off quickly) - I did not want the girl who who did a few things and charged $50 - so someone else told me I needed a 'full set' and tried getting me to do dipping powder, I do not appreciate high pressure sales when I come in and have to say no no no -so I left and; I will not go back. It is extra treat to spend my money on acrylic and gel on my nails; and I'm sure I'm not alone that having that alone cost $50 or over is TOO much I no longer work near Crofton, so I miss my girl at Bliss Crofton; so I found another place in Millersville to go read more

I called the day prior to make a 2 pm appt. I show up and was asked to sign in, like every other patron. At 2:30 I was finally called back for my pedicure my the front desk employee. At 2:45 no one had appeared to come do my pedicure and I left the chair. I asked the front desk employee to look at her appt book. It was my name and two others at 2 pm. However four people were taken before me, including 2 two mother/daughter combos. They do not honor appts. You sign in and it's first come, first serve. So if 4 ppl sign in before you, you have to sit there for an hour. I did not have that kind of time as I paid a babysitter to watch my son just so I could get a mani/pedi. I had to leave receiving no services. Was in my car crying because all I wanted as a new mom was an hour and a half of pamper time, and they ruined my opportunity by making me sit 45 minutes with an appointment. read more

Ask the person performing for there licenses and just ask abrasions? And body message no one is message therapist..no one!!! And Tatoo make up is not allowed by law in any spa or salon!!
