I left an extensive message about heavily soiled areas and some traffic wear, there was no reason for re-stretching, but pre-treatment of the heavily soiled areas would be nessescary. I indicated that there was one bedroom with no bed but bags that needed to be moved, and that and a second bedroom had bi-fold closet doors with shoe boxes that need be removed. I also requested scotchgard treatment after cleaning. I gave him a total estimated area and was given a quote. When he arrived about 5:30 he said that that was not at all what he expected and he was not a mover there were some red spots which he thought were blood but, I told him they were either red jello or strawberry shortcake juice. He did not get them. He vacuumed all areas before beginning while I moved as much as I could, but as I am 72 on oxygen 100% of the time and cannot bend at the knees due to a hip replacement and a Knee Scope. He was in a hurry to leave and toward the end didn't get some of the regular dirt in the great room like under a chair into the utility room even tho I opened the door to allow access and between the great room and the vinyl kitchen. He did not scotchguard, as he said it would set the red stains. Suggested new carpeting. Charged $120 no receipt and gave me a small bottle of his spot treatment, and rushed out to his mad wife,

Good luck getting an itemized invoice for overpriced services. Showed up without supplies, never on…read moretime, caught them smoking cigarettes in the room they were just paid to paint. Charged for paint that was provided to them. They also were provided painters tape and marking chalk that they charged for they didn't show up with. Did I mention they were smoking in the house?!? I think after the first day of picking up cigarette butts I was done with these guys. They also charged us for disposal to my own trash can that all they did was through out the window all over our lawn. I'm not sure how he charged me fuel charges for a week of showing up late to a job 10 miles from their office. So who ever else's job he was showing up to that week I hope they didn't get a fuel charge toI would not recommend anyone using these guys unless you're try to do an insurance scam.
