Since using Classic Cleaners for my dress shirts, even my favorite shirt (that is 15 years old) is still in service. They are able to remove stains for me, repair buttons that fall off, and make sure I am looking my best. I use them for my business shirts and suit dry clean and press. I am quite pleased with their handwork. The only displeasure I have is that I have to replace a button every now and then. I think that as my older shirts are processed the plastic buttons begin to develop cracks and over time crack apart. I view this a consequence of wear out and not Capitol Clearners fault. All and all Capitol Cleaners do a fine job and I am happy with their service.

A standard offer of service for them was a reasonable rate if you dropped off your dry cleaning before 10 AM you would get it back after 5 PM same day. Now to get that same service it's four days. If you drop off after 8:30 AM on a Monday you will not get it back till after five on a Thursday. If you want it quicker like they used to do Dash literally last week - you have to pay three dollars extra. For a pair of pants that was six dollars that I could get same day is now nine dollars to get into days is such a huge drop off in the previous service that they offered that it is no longer acceptable. We recycle microfiber rags from detailing shops and they need to be washed. So once a month or so…read morewe take a couple of huge bins to this laundromat and wash them. They have 6 huge washers that say they can handle 45 lbs. As much as we pack them we would not be able to load in 45 lbs. this week we used all 6 of these washers. They do a great job! The dryers are not so large so we end up so we used 18 of them. One quarter is all it takes to dry a load.
