Long story short: they put up a kennel in my yard & had the wrong house. I told them. They took it down & left. Left my gate standing wide open, which I was waiting for them to leave so I could let my dogs out. Good thing I looked prior to letting them out. I went to close the gate & it was broken. They busted the hinges, which dropped the gate down nearly an inch, making it impossible to get it to latch shut. I've called SEVERAL times, for THREE weeks now. Keep talking to the receptionist. She claims the manager is only in 7am-8am, but the business opens at 8am, so they won't answer the phone prior. They stopped answering my phone calls, so I had to have someone else call for me. Double Bee put up our fence about 4 years ago. I was happy with it at the time although some of the lumber is not the best quality. One panel has come loose from the post and I called them to have it repaired. The woman says that she will have someone look at it and call me back. I've called at least once a week for a month and I'm always told the same thing. Now the wind has blown that panel completely down and the two panels next to it are loose. This would not have happened if they came a month ago when I first called. When I called again the woman tells me that she will talk to him about it when he calls in. Still no answer about when they will fix it. I'm calling someone else. read more

We had a fence put up just under a year ago. Several of the boards have become warped and they are starting to pull away from the fence. It is now to the point that an entire panel is separating from the fence to the point that you can see through the gap. If our dog jumps on the fence hard enough that entire panel will fall. However the people at Double Bee fencing do not seem to care. Our fence is under warranty and we have called their office twice a week for three weeks in an attempt to get someone out to look at our fence. The only person we've talked to is the receptionist. Their policy is if you have already purchased our product we will only come to service our product to fulfill the warranty promised when you purchased the fence if we are in the area on another job. Then they come to your house unannounced and "fix" whatever is wrong with your fence. This last time we called we were told it wasn't a priority for them to fix our fence since "it's just a couple of boards". I would NOT recommend getting a fence by this company to anyone. I've attached pictures to help explain. I understand the fence will/can warp some. My issue is that Double Bee only cares about you as a customer until you write them their check then they couldn't care less, even if you're under "warranty " read more

Fencing is ok but they DO NOT Guarantee there work. Our fence almost fell over because of Cheap Nails of which do not Hold. They Called and wanted to charge me to come and fix this issue so I am not sure of what ther Guarantee Is. I Fixed this issue myself. They did a great job and their staff was very professional. We are very happy we chose them to put in our chain link fence.

Once they have your money, they will not come back and do repairs. I have excuse after excuse as to why they cannot come to repair the fence. I paid for a professional installation and expected professional results. In less than 5 months the fence nails were pulling out and the wood falling off. Many areas are warped looking. I was told after the fall installation they would need to come back in the spring to repair the fence. It is now fall of the following year and still it has not been repaired. We hired Double Bee fence Co to install a wooden privacy fence. It looked wonderful when they installed it. Less than 6 months later, we had a couple of boards pop off and break. (No, we did not knock them off or even tough them.) We have called numerous times, asking them to fix it. We've been working on that for a year now. Every time we call, we are told that they will have someone look at it when they have work on the area. Still waiting... The point of getting a fence was to keep our pet and toddler secure.
