Very disappointed with my experience at Louisburg Recycling. A worker was having trouble picking up…read morean item, and I told him I would be happy to pick it up myself. He told me he had it, but instead of lifting it, he scraped it across my truck and left a huge scratch. What is most disappointing is that they showed no concern for the damage and simply said they were not liable. We are not asking them to pay for or repair the scratch--we just expected them to at least take responsibility and speak with the employee about being more careful with customers' vehicles. We have never had an issue like this at TT&E, and after this experience, we will be taking our business elsewhere and continuing to use TT&E instead. Customers' property should be treated with care and respect.

This new spot is absolutely amazing in every single way. The flow of traffic is extremely clean and the number of areas to deposit your items is outstanding for a free county resource. There are spots to dump oil, bulk trash, metal, recycle, and of course household garbage. I highly recommend using this spot as your dump, and suggest it even more if you need to or want to save some money on garbage pick up. Everything is labeled and the gentlemen working the site are all good dudes and are always willing to help. Can't say enough good things about this spot. 5 Convenient Stars out of 5!

Very clean, well maintained, and easy to follow directions. Numerous trash bins and a recycling bin. Two employees were there and were both very friendly. Easy process, pull forward and unload and move along. Much better layout and operation than the Louisburg location.

One was doing some type of paperwork and the other one waiting on customers. This place was very busy as people were in and out constantly. The older gentleman left and went in the back once people started to pile in more. I was like seriously!! I shipped out 3x packages using FedEx. Only reason for one star, FedEx shipping place.
