Luke their master plumber came out to assess our water heater which stopped heating due to a heating element. (note: we had previously had MasterTech out who had said it all needed to be replaced, to the tune of a few thousand dollars.) Luke found our system was still under warranty, which offset some costs, and he fixed the problem the same day. Their philosophy is quality service and lasting products, no BS, on time, and professional beginning to end. We are so happy they're an option for us now, we booked them for our next job too.

My washer completely locked up and no codes seen. We were told us on phone it had to be the control…read morepanel and to get it. So ordered it and they said if that wasn't it they would take it back. It didn't work so they came to check code and said it was another piece. At that time they said to bring back the control panel when picked up the other piece. Got the new piece and it didn't work either. When went to take back the control panel they refused to take it back saying they didn't say that, when they were heard by other people saying it. But still saying they didn't. They said they would only take back piece that they tested and said what it was. But when found out the second piece didn't work either they said they wouldn't take it back, even though they tested it and said that is what it was. Said they wouldn't take it if it had been plugged in. Duh how else are you supposed to know it didn't work. When reminded that they did test it they said they would check and ultimately did take it back. But still refused to take back the control panel they had told us that it was and was very expensive, denying they said that. So we are out the money after he told us what to get. So I'm wondering if business is bad enough you need to get people to buy things so you can lie and make them pay for it. We have bought things from there in the past, preferring to do local business, but never again. I prefer honesty and standing behind what you say.

Terrible. I have Thermador appliances and these guys came out several times leaving the appliance…read morein worse shape than they found it. What made matters worse is I could tell they were clueless and instead of accepting they were in way over their head, they just kept digging into my over priced appliances until finally Charlie blew up my range. I had a dishwasher that baffled the Charlie's repair man. It was broke for over three months. Charlie's nor Thermador was in rush to fix it. They kept delaying. I don't think Charlie's knew how to fix it so they just kept delaying. Finally, Nebraska Furniture Mart replaced the item as a lemon. Thank you NFM, couldn't get a more stand up organization. Did Charlies ever call me to schedule a visit to finish the job? No. They seemed like they were hoping it would just go away. For that matter, so was Thermador. Then the range broke. Don't buy Thermador, did I mention that before? Charlie's is the only repair company to do warranty work in my area. So reluctantly, I call Charlie's who sent a couple of guys out and promptly screwed up my range real good. Of course there were several calls to Thermador for guidance, which was futile. Charlie's repair man claimed he pinched a wire at one point. How? I don't know. (A later repair man from a different company that fixed the stove said no wire had been pinched and wasn't sure how that could even be done). The Thermador rep on the phone said he didn't think the problem had even been diagnosed properly. Finally, Charlie touched something he shouldn't have that arced and caused the entire unit to blow. It was completely dead. Charlie's solution? He needed to go order more parts. That meant another week wait and most certainly another useless visit. Holy cow, they I should sell snake oil. I was lucky I found another certified repair man to do the warranty work and fix what they had messed up. For big ticket items, don't use Charlie. Actually, I wouldn't let Charlie or his crew work on my napkin holder that sits on the dining room table.
