I met the owner, Jorge Garcia, back in 2021 about building a wood fence at my house. I got four…read moredifferent quotes, and his was the second lowest. I was really impressed with Jorge - so sincere and kind. I asked if he could match a lower quote i'd received, but understandably, he couldn't. unfortunately, I decided to go with the cheaper guy...and it ended up being one nightmare after another - in the end, it cost me even more than J Garcia's quote! It was a total mess....I REALLY regretted not hiring Jorge!!! Fast forward to 2025 - i needed to remove a wood fence and rebuild a new one on the other side of my house. I called J Garcia. James, the sales guy, came out and spent a lot of time analyzing what i needed. I was so impressed with his technical fence knowledge and attention to detail ...and he was just as kind and sincere as I'd remembered Jorge being. he even said they would fix the failing gate that the cheaper fence guy built in 2021! I hired them without even getting another quote! Jorge's kindness clearly permeates his entire company: Their permit manager, Kathy, is so helpful and resourceful and has a vast knowledge of the permitting process. George, the project manager, was there every step of the way, and when we encountered a minor hiccup, he addressed it immediately with professionalism and patience. Pedro, the installer was amazingly meticulous and precise -- truly a master craftsman! Oscar, Roberta and the whole team have amazing follow up. And James (sales) was available throughout the install to answer any questions. I've already referred J Garcia to two different neighbors, who seem to be just as impressed. I can't recommend them enough! I love my new fence!

They did not follow engineered plans and the subcontractor failed to get a permit on cement foundation. Failed final inspection and wanted more money to fix their mistakes. Never supervised the project and left with holes in soffits and did not replace all windows as stated in contract. They play word games. Refuse to address issues in writing. Tried to submit back dated change orders after the work was done. Don't accept verbal assurances. I fell into this trap. Project still not complete after one year for a four day job. I called American roofing for my new roof,the girl that answered the phone was very courteous and…read moreknowledgeable.After taking my information she said that Mike would be in touch with me to set a time to come see me.He called the next morning and was out to see me that afternoon.After getting 2 other quotes I figured it would be another 5 minute estimate like the others, he spent about an hour with me explaining the different types of roofs and the different products available to me. Like most people I had No clue about roofs other then it keeps the inside of my house dry. Mike explained he wanted me to make an educated decision about what I was buying. He had samples and literature that he left for me to read over. He called the next morning to follow up in case I had any questions. To this day I haven't heard back from anyone else that gave me a quote. Needless to say I signed my contract with confidence of what I was Buying. During the process of doing my roof ( it took them 3 days ) Mike stopped by twice just to make sure I didn't have any questions about how the roof was being done. On one of his stops I ask him if he knew someone that could build an addition on my house for a new bedroom. That's when he informed me that they also were BTC Builders and he could help me with my new addition, but would like to wait till they were completely done with the roof , He wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied before I considered using them for a large addition and such a big investment. My new roof was finaled through the county building dept and is absolutely Beautiful. (i may be a little bias ). While in their office paying my bill Mike heard my voice and came out of his office to speak with me about my ideas and budget for my new addition. After speaking with him and giving him my ideas about what I wanted to do I got a phone call 2 days later from him explaining he put some of my ideas on paper and would like to see what i thought. After a couple more meetings he had plans and cost that was actually lower then we had budgeted . I went to his office on several occasions for various reason, the girls in his office, Amber and Angle, were both very friendly and personable with us.If Mike wasn't in they would help with any questions I had and were very knowledgeable about what their company did. We signed our contract with them with No hesitation. They were very prompt in starting my job, every subcontractor they sent out was very professional. They always informed me when the subs would be here and they were here when they said they would be. Any time I called they were very friendly with me and never made me feel like i was being a bother ( and I called a lot with questions ), if they couldn't answer my questions I always got a call later from Mike with answers. I have recommended them to everyone I know looking to have work done. We've been going to Okeechobee for many years and have had things done from time to time but Never dealt with any company there that treated us like they did. They pulled any necessary permits, cleaned up the entire job site each night and after completion before they left, which was much appreciated. If I have any trouble or concernI was advised to contact them directly and they would resolve it. They reviewed the plans before they started and I'm very happy with the final product! I would absolutely recommend this company for fencing based upon their work for me. :-D UPDATE: I forgot to mention, it's a "little thing" but, like the saying Says...
