After a long awaited post regarding this company here are the results. I met Rob today finally. He's a strapping young man with a good vibe about him. He was not arrogant looking or sounding. We met after a snafu the first time regarding scheduling which is fine. We spoke a little bit about what I wanted and what was best. Ultimately we decided on a vinyl fence 6ft tall. Rob told me, the fence is reinforced every 6ft with a aluminum post which makes the fence stronger. The fence has a 5 year warranty and can withstand up to 160mph winds which in Florida we have to worry about. He gave me the price. Unfortunately, there is no payment plan which is why I can't start my fence but I will be starting to save now. I would recommend Everyone to at least get a quote and hear rob out. read more

Three irrigation pipes were broken during fence installation. Since I have the system set to activate at 2 am, I didn't notice this for over a month. It totally floods the back yard. Now they told me that they are not responsible for damage to pipes. Even so, I was never told about the damage by the installer and the damage was obvious at the time of installation. That is irresponsible and totally negligent. I will never do business with this company again and advise you not to as well. read more

Service after installation was non existent. The installation was poorly done and the crew did not fully clean up after. I have been having to make repairs on the fence since it was installed. This was of course after reaching out to the owner regarding warranty. I was told that basically there is no warranty and that if the wind blows and his product that is supposed to hold up to 100mph plus winds needs to be repaired it's all on me. Well in the last three years we haven't had winds over 60mph and like I said the fence needs regular repair. The posts are continuously shifting and in need of straitening and the gates have been rebuilt multiple times. Poor quality parts, installation, service and warranty. I can say this with certainty because all of my neighbors who have similar fences that are taller or the same do not have the same problems I do. This was the worst purchase I have ever made for any home I have ever lived in. I only uploaded one picture but if I can I will upload many more if I can. I hired Rob because of the 6 quotes I received, he was one of the lower two. My husband hired him because how he kept his truck so clean. We are Seniors so we did our white pvc vinyl fence in 2 phases to make it more affordable for us and Rob was kind enough to work with us in that we did the 2 jobs about 6-7 months apart during the dry and cooler season here in Florida. I can compliment them by saying that his team of 2 were very polite and said "yes m'am and no m'am" (which being a Southern lady I liked). I plied them with sodas and my husband gave them a tip after the 2nd phase was done, but there are some things they could improve on: 1.) When you cement in the posts and dig out around them, remember to fill the dirt in on BOTH sides of the fence (front and back). 2.) Take the time to pvc glue all the end caps and post caps on top of the posts and gates because when we get hit with a CAT 5 hurricane pieces of our life investment are going to fly thru the neighborhood. I will say after Phase I was completed we noticed a dent in one of the pickets and Rob had them come out and replace it. Also, our gates were off balance and they came out immediately and re-calibrated them too. The only frustrating issues to us was our jobs did get pushed farther down the installation schedule due to rain (during dry season) and the oversight on the post holes. If Rob will take the time to listen to his customers' suggestions and fine-tune his team, he could be the quintessential fence company on the Treasure Coast! read more

Rob came to provide my quote, shared all the relevant information regarding service guarantees, product warranty, and total cost. He quoted AND delivered a 3 week turn-around (yeah, during the Christmas month). His installers, Louis, and Robert showed promptly on installation day. They were polite, professional, and even waved to neighbors that were looking on. They cleaned up my yard upon completion, and put trash in the appropriate place for the garbage men to collect. We're so glad we chose Fenced In for our project! We bought our house in May and wanted to get a fence put up right away. From the start, this company has been great to work with. They provided clear quotes and answered all our questions right away. We went ahead and signed a contract, but unfortunately had to put our project on hold because of a couple issues with the lot next door to us. Rob was great and very understanding of our situation, knowing our hands were tied, but checking in every so often so we knew he hadn't forgotten about us. The issues next door were finally resolved last week. I called to let them know on Friday, and by Wednesday morning, our fence was underway! It was finished on Thursday and we're so happy with it. We received poor service from the beginning. The "crew" consisted of a 64 year old man who started complaining from the minute he arrived. He was angry, aggressive and spoke nothing but loudly shouted expletives. After three days of this, and having my neighbors complaining about the language, he stormed off the job, which was incomplete. The owner, Rob Stone, had told me to just let him "do his thing". Well, he did- and it was uneven and incomplete. In fact, he was fired by Rob Stone after our job. Rob Stone said he walks every job. But he never walked ours. When we complained, he said he couldn't repair the errors. So we spent $7,600 for 116 feet of vinyl fence that is uneven. He doesn't stand by the quality of the work and if you question, he just walks away. He begged me to remove my first negative review, but after his recent treatment of us, I am posting it again. He brags about doing 500 fences a year. That doesn't mean he does them well. Save your money and go elsewhere.​ read more

Competitive pricing, great product, great people and very professional. They were on time, respectable and had the fence done in the time they stated. My fence looks beautiful. Strong and sturdy. Definitely raised the value of my home. About six months later I needed to move my fence. Once again, they did not disappoint. Not to mention, they know I have dogs, so they even put up a makeshift fence so my dogs could go play in the yard, while they were working on the fence.
