I knew from the horror stories of family members how these things can go wrong, and I wasn't sure if it was going to work, but hey...you have to start somewhere. Now I can say emphatically that this decision paid off in ways I could not imagine, and I was impressed beyond belief with the services that Brett provided during the time we spent looking for and eventually purchasing the home that is every bit as perfect for me as I could have dreamed. I got an unreal mortgage rate through Brett's connections, a home inspector who cared and really showed me what I needed to know about the house now and down the road as I continue to maintain it, and an appraisal that was accurate and allowed the deal to move forward. His excellent communication and followed through with the selling agent, and followed-up at the perfect times. He demonstrated a willingness to live up to his end of the deal that won over the selling team quickly and made for a pleasant and meaningful transition from one owner to the other. I can say with no hesitation that through Brett's expertise, experience, and ability to work with others and win them over, that I got the best deal I could ever have possibly gotten.
