We learned from a professional mechanic all you need is a visual inspection, which is far cheaper. They would not even give us our car back unless we had "a talk" with the owner. We replaced an AC condenser in April and it died in August. The replacement part came from NAPA Auto in Mandan. Seems the GM part was unavailable. Seems as a Customer, I was to know that NAPA would not warrant this particular part if the AC system had not been flushed. We have spent thousands in repairs with them. They have done a LOT of good work for us over the years. While they offered to discount this repair, we simply cannot afford another $1,000 repair bill for this vehicle. If you care about your vehicle not having issues after spending your hard-earned money, insist on ONLY genuine GM parts. I sure wish we had.

We took the vehicle and not even 2 hours later after pick up, the vehicle was leaking oil and the battery was dead. We have called and left numerous messages for a return call back about their repair and service but have not received a call back. Its best to avoid this repair place. Take your business elsewhere for quality servjce.

I have it towed to a different mechanic who charges nothing extra to diagnose the issue and tells me 'Sir, the part needed does not require any special tool' and they will have it completed in a weeks time! that's with ordering the part!... Midway across ND the car dies with an obvious electrical issue. On a Sunday... at 4:30ish in the afternoon. This is not good. A frantic search of garages with their own tow trucks leads us to Auto Express, who answers their phone. We end up talking with Randy, the owner and the world is (eventually) put to rights! First off the tow/drive to garage. We had two options, a straight tow or a "jump pack" which acts as a second battery source in electrical issues. Since we had 3 people and 3 dogs we opted for the considerably less expensive jump pack. We weren't speeding down the highway, by any means but we made it back to the garage. Where a frantic internet search had begun. I drive an Isuzu Rodeo and Isuzu hasn't been an American car seller for almost a decade so parts were hard to find. We thought we had a part available but it wouldn't be until the next day (Monday). Those of us in my car hadn't planned for an extended overnight anywhere so we were prepared to sleep in the car. Randy was kind enough to help us get other options. Of course, the part (an alternator) wasn't avail until Tuesday. Randy kept in touch the whole time and as soon as the part arrived the garage was prompt and fast with the repair. Our courtesy ride to and from the hotel was great. The pricing was excellent and Randy worked with us so we could afford the repair and still get down the road to our destination. I can't sing their praises loud enough! Great job guys and THANK YOU SO MUCH! Sorry I couldn't leave the puppy with you!
