He said no problem, drop it off and they would just squeeze it in. He said it would be $11. I dropped the tire and rim off he stated it would be done shortly. So I ran around and did a few things and stopped by 2 1/2 hours later and the rim and tire were still sitting where they had placed it. I asked them how long till it was done and they said, "oh, yeah, maybe 45 minutes to AN hour. I told him I would just take it to Tire Mart and he said OK! Almost like my business was unwanted. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my entire life. I will not be doing business with them again.

Doug went above and beyond in rearranging his schedule to make this happen, and was always a gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. The price quoted was absolutely fair for the amount of labour that was involved in performing a full evaluation of the Jeep. Fortunately there were no serious red flags with the vehicle, which allowed the sale to proceed but he did find a few issues that the dealer will address before I pick it up. Got it back,drove halfway home and the power steering quit working. Took it back to them and they said they forgot to tell me to bleed the system. Bleeding the system is part of the process. Clowns. 6 months and 4500 miles later I take my truck in to find out my NEW rack and pinion is shot. Likely due to negligence at the time of installation. Called good ol Northland and Derek said he would warranty the part but not the labor. Asked why not and was told he wouldn't honor the labor cause I gave him a bad review 6 months earlier.
