They told me they were booked until the following Monday. That Wensday they called and informed me one of their jobs was bid for three days but was finished in 1.5 days and said they could do the job Thursday if I was ok with it. I agreed. Thursday a three man crew showed upto do the job, nine hours they were cleaned up and demobilized. They cleaned my yard of previous fallen leaves that was not included in the bid. I called Artistic Treeworks and, in the midst of this pandemic, Howard (certified arborist) called me and said he was just five or 10 minutes away. He showed up and within a couple minutes gave me a diagnosis of likely herbicide poisoning and recommended flood watering every 4 to5 days. I asked him a few more questions for which he had immediate answers, and, as he was leaving, I said "send me a bill." He declined and said if they do any work they will bill me then. He seemed very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I definitely recommend Artistic Treeworks for any tree issues you may have.

I asked that I have a yard of chips for mulching: nothing, zip. Workers giving me the stink eye. Then they left a 3 foot in diameter laying in my driveway, cut into two pieces. I asked if he could trim a maple tree in the backyard. Everyone who walked into my backyard always said 'what a beautiful tree' and I had my morning coffee under it's shade with the dogs playing. The worker butchered the tree, blunt cut branches, left dead branch, cuts made that had no explanation. Another branch about 4" diameter fell out two years later with saw cuts on it. The tree is now ugly and I can't sit under with my coffee. Price $3200. Asked another tree trimmer and he just said they are 'old school' whatever that means. They clearly don't understand or give a damn. Never ever hire them. There are too many excellent tree people around.
