We learned from them that they purchased the window seal from Amsco who already left tricities area.They told us to go ahead and work work with Amsco. They said if I purchased an appliance from Lowes, Lowes was not going to fix that appliance even under the warranty for me. I told him at least Lowes will contact the appliance company (LG, maytag..or whatever) for me. I have no idea how you do business like this.

PROBUILD would never call back ... and every time we called, "so and so" wasn't in the office, please leave a number and he will contact you. After two weeks of trying to contact PROBUILD without success .... we found BOND & Company who honored the JELD WEN Window warranty and replaced the windows. My recommendation do not buy JELD WEN WINDOWS (double pane window seals became faulty after eight years) .... do not do business with PROBUILD ... they love to install for contractors ... but will not take care of warranty work.
