Especially smoking tobaccos (cigarettes) or smokeless (chewing) tobaccos are offered at much cheaper prices than at most of chains businesses such as Wal-Mart and the likes. It is the reason that this business I kept coming back monthly is because of the prices on cartons of Marlboro, only problems I have with Murphy USA is every now and then they would have a couple of employees who deny my service every time I visit due to my disability (in wheelchair) where I would have to send in someone such as my mother to get cigarettes for me because they only limits 5 cartons per customer so when I get 5 cartons, my mother cannot get some for her too because they said that they only would count her as customer but not me. I have tried repeatedly to get them to come out to see me in a vehicle themselves because I cannot walk but they refuse so if a couple of these employees will keep denying my service then Murphy USA may will lose me as a long-time customer.

How stupid! i was a daily customer! it was clearly their mistake. if you shop there, bring a calculator and double check the total, because if they overcharge you, you'll never see that money. They dont trust their own cashiers to handle a $3 mistake. why on earth should we trust their employees if they dont? This place would benefit from new, less greed focused management. if it were my business, i would have apologized and comped the customer's whole purchase instead of losing a daily customer.
