(Uh-oh). We got an IMMEDIATE response and a date within two days, to do the job. He and his wife are very courteous, prompt, and beyond reasonable. There was communication when he was leaving to arrive on the job. Wilcio did such a great job on our sad looking brick, that we asked if he would also do our side yard and patio. He cleaned both additional areas the SAME day! Wow. The entire job took about four hours. He has good power equipment, knows what he's doing, and as I have said before, his services are BEYOND reasonable. He is a hard worker, and professional. So...I drove down, as I lost my patience with A&E, to pick up the two pressure washers. On a recommendation, I pulled into Steam Cleaner Inc. Chris and Art were more than accommodating. I asked them to do what I asked A&E to do two months ago and Chris didn't think anything of it and quickly got to work on it. Art gave me an estimate and I was off. No shit, I received a call from Chris 20min later saying, "Come pick it up. It's ready!" What?!?!? - I flipped a U-turn and was back at Steam Cleaners where not only was the unit repaired but, Chris showed me the problem, the fix and the amount of pressure it was pumping.
