In the two years I have had this company cleaning my home every three weeks, I never once…read morecomplained--until last week, when my house was still dirty. You can see from the picture of my toilet (mind you, I have three that all looked like this) that I am not just saying this. They did not clean my home well. Up until last week, this only happened once, and that time, I just cleaned after they left and let it be since the owner said she was overwhelmed with work and had so many clients that she was stressed over it. I have always paid her over what I was quoted, $200 for 1.5 hours, and again, I only complained last week. I have a right to complain if someone leaves my house like this! So, I sent photos about this issue only to be responded to in the most unprofessional and threatening manner! There was no apology; they stated they were too busy to accommodate me. We are sorry we cannot make you happy. Do you see my toilet? It is not hard to see why I was not satisfied. I am beside myself with how they treated me. They were unapologetic and nasty, and I felt threatened by her son, who wrote me the text. I do not recommend this company. If you read other reviews you'll find when you complain they send that same text.

They are very responsive, honest, flexible and eager to help with popup requests outside the scope of housekeeping, and best of all upfront and communicative about what they can & can't do (unlike other people that say they can do something but end up taking on more than they can handle and failing). They really are crucial to making our business look good; we've only had rave reviews for cleanliness from our guests, never a negative comment. I would highly recommend them for both deep cleaning and recurring housekeeping services, they're very dependable and you get more than you pay for when considering how much of your precious time it would take to do as good a job yourself. Their communication was excellent and they came out to offer a same day quote. I even got a text reminder 24 hours before the job started from Carlos. We hired them to clean 30+ windows inside and out. His team was very thorough and didn't rush anything. They also wore shoe covers while inside and kept everything tidy. They did an amazing job! This company is a master at making excuses and stringing customers along for months. The first time they came out, they gave me a bid for $1,865 (later $1,785 with discount) and said six weeks. I was fine with that because I heard they were supposedly good. Then came the family emergency delay -- okay, I was patient. They called on a holiday weekend to schedule, so I cleared my calendar and stayed available even though I could have gone out of town. This was important to me. Then another message from yet another person (I've dealt with multiple inconsistent contacts) saying they couldn't make it because someone else in the family was ill. Suddenly they "couldn't squeeze me in" because other people were ahead of me -- after I had already waited nearly two months. I made them a priority. They made me an afterthought. Their crew and multiple staff apparently can't get their act together, but they have no problem bumping loyal, patient customers like me. If you value professionalism, reliability, and basic respect for your time, find someone else. These people will waste weeks or months of your life with one family emergency excuse after another and then tell you sorry, too bad. Don't let them come to your home -- you'll regret it. My friend lives alone and before Tania my friend's living situation was out of control. There are no willing family members nearby for my friend to call on and it is nearly impossible for her to manage herself, never mind cleaning, cooking, and looking after her only companion, a small dog. She barely manages to get around her house using alternately a wheelchair and a walker. Housekeeping is beyond her at this point. Not only has Tania done a deep and thorough cleaning of the house, carpeting, (and dog, by the way) she brought in an electric hot-plate to stand in for my friend's non-working stove and also connected her with sources and services to get a replacement . Owing to Tania's initiative, my friend has now been put in touch with a caretaker to interview. Tania's approach to this job has gone far beyond cleaning a house! She took an out-of-control living situation and masterfully transformed the home to a healthy, safe, comfortable environment. It is evident that she approaches her work with heart! Her dependability, initiative, attention to detail, and follow through are absolutely superb!
