Soon hereafter I was notified that the cleaning was done. I was emailed a copy of the receipt from the sellers as proof. Well, I went in the home soon after and the home had not been cleaned. It was in the exact condition it was in when I did my last walk thru before the cleaning and my closing. It was still dusty, and dirty. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

DIY gone wrong. I tried to switch out the water mixing cartridge in a shower and due to some…read morecalcium build up, it wouldn't budge. I put it back together, but the water would no longer turn off so we had to keep the water to the entire house turned off. I called Ray's and they were not able to come out that night. The next day they were there within an hour of calling them. An hour later they had it fixed completely. The competition came out the night before and talked about putting valves in the basement, tearing out a bedroom wall to get to the back of the plumbing, and cutting through the shower wall! I knew this was not required because Ray's had switched out the other cartridge just a few months prior to this incident. The competition told me the cartridge was stuck and he may not be able to get a part since it was 8 p.m. He looked up the part and said it would be about $500 for the part and around the same for labor. I told him I'd call another plumber and deal with the mess in the morning. The competition charged me $189 to do nothing. Ray's charged me a total of $200 for parts and labor. I will never attempt plumbing DIY again and I will never use another plumbing service!

They completed the work on both occasions in a neat and orderly fashion, cleaned up after themselves, and answered all our questions.
