The price is more than reasonable (.99 a pound), and Dot and the rest of the staff are incredibly friendly, to the point my dad looked forward to laundry day to catch up. Eventually I had to move my dad closer to my own home in another state, but they asked for his number to check in once in awhile to see how he's doing. They truly go beyond and I can't recommend them enough.

When I bought my house I'd use their laundry service from time to time when laundry piled up and I just needed it done to save time or after vacations or traveling. It has changed hands multiple times with each owner having distinguishing ways they ran the business. For instance, when I first started using their services and had my laundry done every week for years they wouldn't charge me for comforters or sheets bc I was a returning customer. Another owner offered a pickup/drop off service which was very convenient. The owner that has taken over the last few years has let this place go down hill. It was always clean and orderly. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic about helping you. Now this place is a dump. The staff don't care or aren't held accountable of keeping this place clean. There's not enough rolling baskets and people are hoarding them so other people can't use them. Staff says nothing. While I was washing an over sized comforter a woman left her laundry in the washers and went to ShopRite. They were sitting there for at least a half hour while I was there. They were already stopped when I arrived. A man respectfully took the clothes out and put them in a rolling basket so he could get his wash started. This woman comes in hot yelling, screaming and cursing at this man for touching her clothes. Screaming he didn't have a right. We both spoke up and said, she shouldn't have left her clothes unattended and that it was rude for her to do. She still went on ranting and raving about how no one should've touched her clothes. Then she took the rolling baskets with her clothes and was ramming them into this guys stuff. They got into another heated argument and were shoulder checking each other. Really? The staff said NOTHING. They should have told this lady that she can't leave her laundry unattended. And that clothes would be removed from washers if people were waiting for them. And if she continued to escalate the situation then they would have to call police bc customers shouldn't be harassed by ignorant people leaving the premises to do other things like grocery shop. Besides this and staff not doing anything at all- this place is dirty and disgusting. I am appalled at how downhill and slummy this places has evolved into due to lack of care and accountability by the owner and employees. Absolutely horrible.

It's ALWAYS clean and there's always staff there. I was new to the place in the beginning, of course, and wasn't really sure how everything worked as far as the machines go. Anyway, I didn't realize by using pod detergent DOES NOT GO IN THE TOP where liquids are supposed to go and when I put the pods in there I clogged up the machine and water and suds were everywhere! I was very embarrassed. But then my girl Michele came over. She told me what I did wrong then started cleaning up. First she got a ladder and safety signs then climbed up to unclog the mess I made. She wouldn't let me help her even though I felt obligated to. I stood there with her while she took care of the situation and we chatted as she worked. She is an AMAZING person and very knowledgeable of her job. Fast forward two years and Michele and I have become great friends! She lets me know as soon as I come in that she's there to help , because she knows I always need help. I'm not Laundromat savvy to say the least. When the new system to pay first arrived I was a bumbling idiot and my girl was there ready to explain and help. Now mind you, we only see each other when I do my laundry there. We do not socialize outside of Mr. Suds so it's not like she gives me special treatment. She's a straight forward and honest person who will tell you straight up what's what and if you think she's anything but a hard working helpful person, than YOU'VE got the problem! Imagine putting yourself in her job and realizing it's not that easy! To deal with us customers constantly and washing, folding, sweeping mopping and emptying trash. I've watched her do all these things as well as cleaning out lint traps cleaning the bathroom and all the in the office stuff. However, the when the hem was done incorrectly, the owner not only had it fixed in within 24 hours, but hand delivered it to my house the next day. They have a variety of machines that can be used from top loading to front load washers. Hours and parking are good as well. The bad however, may outweigh the good for me though. There's a lot of trash around, inside and out. Trash that can easily be picked up if there was an attendant around. Trash like used fabric softener's, lint, bottle caps and paper. The machines were also in need of a good wipe down because of lint, and dirt. Only thing I can suggest is to give it a try and see what you think.
