They forgot the uplighting, which I had paid for - website shows $1350-$1750 I was charged over $2000 for just sound, the DJ played the wrong song for my bridal party while they were walking in and changed it really quick, didn't let the guests know the cake was being served so it went to waste, there were moments of silence in between songs , and the worst part about this was I had been contacting the owner and he did absolutely nothing when I was emailing him. He stopped answering my emails. Do not use these services it ruined my wedding night and I don't want anyone else to experience the same disappointment that I did.
