She gave great advice but also went with what we wanted. At the rehearsal and on the day she was on top of it. She made sure things ran seamlessly but that it fit the flow of the wedding, not just sticking to a schedule. They helped make sure decor was how it was meant to be and helped get things ready for cleanup. When stress got high Julie was ready to step in and help dissipate the tension. They were fantastic and I can't imagine our day going as well without them.

She repeatedly expressed feeling like she was handling much of the planning responsibilities herself despite hiring a wedding planner. There were also questions directed to my sister regarding responsibilities such as steaming tablecloths, cleanup, and logistics for ice/cooler storage, which added confusion and additional stress because these were tasks she believed would be handled as part of the planning/coordinating services. Payment had been made in full by the end of April, and approximately 40 days before the wedding, services were withdrawn after a family member contacted her to ask for updates on the planning progress. Since then, communication regarding refunds and coordination during the transition to finding a replacement planner has been limited, which has made an already difficult situation more stressful. Overall, this experience did not meet expectations, especially given the timing so close to the wedding. I tried posting this on her facebook to warn others and in return i was blocked.
