We cannot stop talking about how truly perfect the day was because of David! His attention to detail and organizational skills and ability to truly create our vision amazed myself and all of our guests! Everyone could not stop raving about how gorgeous the setup was and how seamless the transitions were from one phase of the wedding to the next- that was absolutely a reflection of all of David's work and love that he put into the space! When it came to the rehearsal, it is common that wedding coordinators can be pushy, humorless, and impatient. David was anything but. Preparing and instructing two dozen people (including little children) to be ready for the big day can be a stressful task and David demonstrated only tact and professionalism. He was assertive and clear on what needed to be done and was respectful to everyone involved. David had recommended that my husband and I see the reception area prior to the guests. It was such a special moment for us to share together in the beautiful space he had created. He is also the most prepared person I've ever met. There was not a single scenario that he was not ready for and did not have a solution for. I could write on and on about how vital David was in making our day one we will truly never ever forget!!!

The owner…read morepresents himself as offering a discount for paying upfront, but in our experience, this appeared to be a tactic to secure full payment before the event. He then sent an employee who arrived with her boyfriend; both appeared to be under the influence of a substance (not alcohol) and behaved unprofessionally throughout. The DJ arrived late and did not start playing music until 50 minutes after the contracted start time, violating the 4-hour service agreement. Several guests -- many of whom are medical professionals -- noticed and commented on their impaired appearance. The DJ frequently cut songs mid-way, skipped over half of the requested playlist, and at one point asked for our Wi-Fi access so she and her boyfriend could sit in the van and play music remotely. Rather than making up for the lost time, they ended the service promptly at 4:00 p.m., took food from the party, and left. When contacted about these issues, the owner dismissed our concerns because he was not present, refused to take responsibility for his employee's conduct, and initially offered to refund half the payment. He later reversed that offer, citing irrelevant reasons such as the tip amount and untrue claims that we threatened him. Our request was simple -- reimbursement for the hour of service we paid for but did not receive. The owner refused. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this business. Also Todd never addresses the real concerns and deflects to irrelevant issues. He will insult you how you planned your party attempting to provoke a reaction from you. He is a shady person and would not advise anyone using his services.
