If I could give 10 stars I would. I messaged Double door works and received a reply right away. We were having issues with our garage door at our vacation home. I didn't really know what was wrong as I was receiving the information second-hand. Double door went right out took a look at the door and messaged me the issue. Two days later they returned and were able to fix the door and have everything up and running again. Everything was so easy. After waiting 2 WEEKS for my warranty company to assign a contractor (which they never did) I called Doubler on a Wednesday around noon and by 4pm Mr. Doubler came to my garage and placed a temporary clamp on the spring allowing me access to my garage ....he then came back the very next day and replaced my springs for a very reasonable price. He noted one area of my door which needed a strut and he installed a strut at the same time!!! This made my door 3X as quiet as it had been! It is unusual to receive this prompt reliable service these days and I am super happy that I happened to call doublers. I have friends who have had other contractors in the area fix broken garage doors but none of them has received that great customer service I did from doubler!!!! Thanks to Katie and Robert!!! As year-round residents of Pinetop we try to support local businesses whenever we can. Our double garage door was on it's last legs, so we started asking around and reading reviews. Everyone seemed to like Doubler Door Works out of Snowflake. From the first phone call to one of the owners, Katie, it was a pleasure all the way, and they were less than the local big box stores. She was professional and thorough and answered all our questions. No hard sell tactics here. We placed the order over the phone assuming we had the standard 16x7 ft. opening, and decided to get a new opener too. The snow delayed the install a bit, but the 2-man crew showed up right on time and got to work taking down the existing door when the date was set. All was going smooth, but as they prepared to install the new door, it was too big by about 7 inches! We should have measured. They said they would put the damaged door back for now, as it was due to snow heavily that night. They could take our new door back to the shop and cut it down and install the following week. We were disappointed, but reassured they had a plan, we accepted it. Next thing you know, the owner, Robert (grew up in Snowflake), shows up and they decided they would cut the door onsite and get it in before the end of the day. They got to work, and our beautiful sand-colored custom door was installed and working perfectly by the end of the day. Thank you, Robert, Katie and your crew. Called Double Door Works because the springs on our garage door broke they were able to get out here immediately and look at the door, ordered the springs and had it fixed within a few days. They have always been a great place to do business with a few years back our garage door motor went out and Robert fixed it the next day. Let me start by saying 'WOW.' I reached out on Yelp for a quote and even though the business was closed that day, the owner still responded quickly with an estimate. I had provided pics of the broken spring and was given an estimate right away. On Sunday morning, I had an additional question. The owner answered my question at 6:30 that morning (within 10 minutes of me asking). Impressive! I booked an appointment to have my garage door fixed for today (Wednesday) between 9-11. They were running just a little behind (which is understandable) but I received a call from their office letting me know, and that they would be there soon. I appreciated that. They got the job done and did it well. I am so very impressed with this business and their communication. Katie in the office is wonderful. So friendly and informative.
