We had our AC serviced to be proactive and paid for the service that showed our system was doing great. We had a problem with the heater right after, a tech came out and replaced a part as he said the previous tech did something wrong. Now we have multiple things not working and had zero issues before any of the techs touched our system. They claim to have no record of the part being replaced now they are wanting to charge us insane amount of money. The one tech who replaced the part is no longer with them per the other tech yet the office says that man doesn't exist. Wish they kept better records and we had gotten the reports. read more

I have to say I am very disappointed with the service I have been given by this company. I went into the office the end of July and signed the contract to have a heating/cooling unit installed in my home. At that time I was told I would be put on the schedule. I was told I could expect to have my new unit installed the end of August or first of September. I depended on that. I heard nothing from this company until I finally called them myself the end of August. I was fully expecting that I had been scheduled and they would simply tell me when to expect them. At that time, I was told they were getting ready to schedule me and would call me back that afternoon. Again, no call. When I called them the next day, I was told I was scheduled for October 8th. Not August. Not September. In the meantime, I had NO HEAT and no cooling except for a window air conditioner I had to purchase. I did not understand what happened. I feel, I had been totally forgotten about until I called to find out myself when to expect them. By this point, I did not feel confident, in what I had been told by this company, and wondering if I can depend on them to fulfill your part of the contract. When, I told them I felt I was owed an explanation, the only thing anyone there could say was, they do not have enough help. My belief is one of two things were closer to the truth. 1) My contract had gotten lost before being scheduled, and/or 2) my contract was not large ($) enough to be important to them. I don't feel I can recommend this company, because I feel like once I signed the contract, and was out of sight, I was also out of their minds. read more
