Come the day DR promised to be here they failed to show up. When we called their only excuse was "there was a mixup". We called Elvis with CA Plumbing. Elvis showed up right away, got our hot water heater working immediately, and quoted us a $1,000 less than DR Plumbing to install the same tankless heater.

He missed the fact the system needed direct eclectrical. He infomed my wife that he would be back later once the drywall and electical was compelted. Nate then told my wife teh next day that he didnt want to complete the job and that he wasn't coming back. So, now ... no hot water in the house in December. Show Low is too small to have contactors not honor their agreements. I tried to speak with him but he would not take my calls. All I got was a text saying he was not finishing the job.
