That's their way out of paying for any repairs; if you don't have records with hard proof of any maintenance done to your vehicle Before or After you get their policy then you are out of luck and they won't pay the repairs.

I started looking at companies that would insure older homes after my current insurer (USAA - love them) was unable to work with older homes. I was put in contact with Marshall Hair. Let me just start by saying he is prompt, intelligent and such a nice person to deal with. When buying or attempting to buy an older home, the insurance and inspections, etc can be all consuming. We've had to come back at least three times for new quotes on different houses. Each time, I have to say, Marshall was super nice and helpful and very prompt with quotes. Honestly, he's gone beyond the call of duty to help us get the best company at the best rate. He will even check your current auto rates and let you know if he can beat them. I can't enough good things about this company and Marshall in particular. BTW, you do not have to be in Tampa or St. Pete to use them. They cover a wide area. My advice is to give them a call!

The agent "Liz DeBaco" put me off and put me off, Oh I am sorry I haven't got a quote yet, I will have it for you at the end of the day, so she said 3 times. She was out of the Office for an Appt, and running late, and I was told by someone else, that she would be sure to put me in front and that was two days ago. If I could have gotten a quote to compare to what I had, maybe they would be less, but as it is, shopping early to avoid last minute will never work at this agency, save yourself some aggravation, and just call someone else, as this is the Advice Ms. DeBaco gave me when I had to call my fourth time. Evidently, they are so short staffed, that in 2 1/2 weeks she could not find time to enter a little information into her computer system to provide a simple quote. Come on, what is there anyway, but a few short questions to get a condo quote. I GIVE THIS COMPANY A NEGATIVE 10 STARS.

For some reason that my bank can not confirm, my payment did not go through. Again, my bank has not record of this issue. We'll, AAA just went and canceled my insurance and sent a notification through the app. THATS IT. Through the app the I guess I should have been looking at daily. I found out because I got a letter stating my license will be suspended for driving without insurance. They send my 20 pieces of junk mail a month and 30 emails to sell me stuff, but they couldn't be bothered to let me know a payment did not go through and I was driving without insurance. AAA is an embarrassment. Do yourself a favor and go with a company that cares about their customers. Not AAA.
