My mom passed away & I was later in picking it up than I would have normally been. They called and left me a message reminding me. The owner wasn't there this day, so I called him the next week because he also did the appraisals on my jewelry. He pulled them while I had him on the phone but when I got there about an hour later, they were suddenly and suspiciously gone. This store did several pieces of custom jewelry for my family over the years. To be treated this was is unconscionable. I should have filed a police report. It makes me sick every time I think about it because my mother gave me all 3 of the pieces of jewelry that I took to them & trusted them to repair & return to me. I leave a scathing review for them on every outlet possible because I don't want anyone else to experience this. I've literally had to put it out of my mind. I do know however, that karma is real & the results will always be 10 fold. I'd love to be able to give them negative stars. Take & buy your jewelry elsewhere.

All the men was mean and nasty and just kept blaming me for their mistakes. Manager name is IKE and his 2 minions was there to back him up. The shirt is too small and I went into the store today to simply exchange for a larger size or a different shirt if they didn't have a larger size. The lady at the front counter was not understanding in the least that I simply wanted to get an item that fit. Tags still on the item. They have lost this customer for sure and I hope that this review helps others to avoid the same situation.

FYI, if you're looking for the rocker look, then they have some vintage looking rock t's in the front area (just to the right). As you made your way through the store they had some nice displays of jewelry, which my wife found a pair of ear rings that she really liked! The fitting rooms were open and available for use (Late June 2021), so no need to worry about buying and bringing back if you don't like how it fits. They were actually having a really good sale, but didn't really promote the sale in any way. I'd recommend that they display that a little more clearly so that customers know what's going on with sale prices.

To the left is a display that had scented canisters that can be used a number of ways in rooms/cars/offices to add a great scent. The one they had running, grape, smelled so good - bad thing, I'd probably be wanting to drink a Grapico all the time. There was a display in the center of the room that had a nice selection of jewelry (that my wife quickly fell in love with). The rest of the store was dedicated to racks of clothing. A nice little fitting room area (pull around curtain) was located in the shop so you could try stuff before buying. It had to be sized down to fir my 6 finger. I said "great and don't cut out the inner band purity stamp or hallmark and all extra gold is to be returned to me" the sales floor lady told me there wouldn't be any gold because they use a shrinking method. Well that method can Only be done going down 1/2 even a entire size isn't recommended using Compression sizing. I tried calling the store within days of leaving with my wedding band. The lady hung up on me after throwing insults at me!!!! I will Get satisfaction. Just trying to war warn you all. It's Literally IMPOSSIBLE to size any ring down over 5 sizes down using Compression sizing!!! So what they've done by keeping my left over gold is Theft! Yall can ask any jeweler at any jewelry store and you'll be told exactly what I've been told "NOT Possible"
