I know that when I work with her, she is going to challenge me in all the ways that allow me to look at my behaviors and what I desire and figuring out how to get them to align. She is always very supportive and I love her nurturing style. She makes sure that I feel safe which isn't what I have always been used to but that's what allows me to open up. When Vanessa and I initially talked, I realized I was struggling with boundaries around food, personal time, self-confidence, self-worth and making the time to put my body first: essentially, what I came to know as Body Wisdom. Not a phrase you might have heard of specifically before, but this is one of the key phrases that I learned early on in the Feed Your Power Coaching Program. Every week, I learned something new to tap into, to slow down and absorb, and how to listen to what my body was telling me it needed whether food, movement, rest or hydration. Since the program ended, not only has Vanessa still been supportive, but I've found myself making healthier food decisions, setting healthier life boundaries and realizing that my body does have the wisdom I need, if I'll slow down enough to listen to it. Vanessa did that! As a coach, my relationship with Vanessa developed organically, with no pressure on her side, but continual positive affirmation, positive self-talk and she provided so much more than I could have expected from ANY coach, especially in a group program. I highly recommend working with Vanessa, and have mentioned her to many friends as a way to re-establish healthy boundaries and perspectives around food and personal health. I look forward to working with her in the future on a more individual basis as well!

5/5 stars First and…read moreforemost, Meera has completely revolutionized the way I see and practice yoga in many more ways than one! I first started working with Meera almost 2 years ago (I have been practicing for about 10 years now) when she started offering weekly virtual classes during the beginning of the pandemic. This immediately helped me with my mental health using her unique flows, sometimes it almost felt like dancing, to calm my mind as the stress of my tech job began seeping into my personal life. Fast forward 6 months and I was so happy to join her studio sessions and workshops in person at Yoga Garden where she went deeper into both the physical (offering outstanding adjustments) and mental (through breath work, meditation, and even chanting!) aspects which continued to help improve my overall wellbeing and even got me through some of the most stressful points of my career to date. Fast forward again to today and I'm so excited to have joined her new private 1-1 in-person offering. She has built numerous highly personalized routines and she not only teaches me when we are together but has helped me to build a sustainable self-practice that I use daily. The practice includes a combination of asanas (typical movement poses and flows), pranayama (breath work which has improved both my lung capacity as well as calming the constant chatter in my mind), and chanting (something I had never previously considered and which has allowed me to build more focus into my daily life). Meera offers a style of yoga that I have yet to find anywhere else where she conducts a truly holistic practice rather than the traditional, fitness-forward, style which is exactly what I have needed to enjoy a well-rounded lifestyle. I would encourage anyone looking to experience yoga that goes all the way back to its holistic roots to give Meera's sessions a try. Her sessions and style have flipped standard studio yoga on its ear to the point where it has become a major part of my life and has given me a completely new outlook on how I approach my health and wellness and is something I will absolutely carry on for the rest of my life! 10/10 I would recommend Meera to all ages, demographics, and lifestyles!

As insanely nervous as I was at our first session, her compassionate approach immediately put me at ease. Dana is very warm and approachable, making it easy to open up! Dana took the time to understand how I think, helping me gain awareness of my feelings and providing me with numerous techniques to counter negative and intrusive thoughts. When something wasn't working for me, she offered new approaches and worked to understand my viewpoint. I now have a toolkit of strategies to manage my mental health more effectively. If you're looking for a therapist who genuinely cares and can make a real difference in your life, I highly recommend Dana. I had a lot of anxiety at that time as well, and I really feel that with working with her helped me get through it. I've been going to her ever since, and though my recent move makes that more difficult, I've been continuing to reach out for guidance, advice, and to talk things through when I'm having trouble navigating something. Dana is incredibly kind, understanding, and empathetic and generally a wonderful person, but she has an incredible way of connecting to work through things in a way that feels natural and right to you. In every difficult situation I've gone to her through, she has always helped me lead the way in figuring out what feels best for me in my life. There was a point where I had difficulties in my relationships with my dad, and she suggested a joint session, and my dad still, two years later, talks about how wonderful she was. I'm certain that she connects just as well with everyone she works with, all manner of different people, because it's just who she is and how good at her job she is. If you're looking for coaching that's more self-guided so you can develop effective tools, goals, and strategies through difficult situations, or even just advice and support through your every day life, I would wholeheartedly recommend Dana. She's worked with me through different moves, schools, relationships, friendships, and I feel like I've come through it all a much more confident person, better able to navigate it all.

Both times, I hesitated because of the cost -- I told myself I was already paying for insurance, so why pay out of pocket for something extra? That decision cost me more than money. I've been dealing with serious health issues since 2018, and I didn't see real progress in my treatment until I finally integrated Shanti into my care team. After a few years working with her, I'm in the best health I can remember in years -- and honestly, the turnaround still shocks me. Shanti has been the cornerstone connecting the dots across a complicated health picture: major weight and puffiness fluctuations, food reactions and allergies, MCAS/histamine issues, mold, migraines, headaches, and joint pain -- all while juggling multiple doctors and endless investigative work. She's been there on the days I could barely move or eat, in real pain and down, and she's helped me build a fuller care team rather than trying to be everything herself. She got me OFF the endless cycle of adding supplements and protocols, and taught me to simplify and actually listen to my body. She's patient, she remembers every detail of my history so I never feel like a number, and she adapts to what's realistic for me rather than forcing one rigid method or diet. We've also gone deeper than the physical -- into the inner work of trauma, stress, and old patterns -- and worked through how my health connects to my marriage, family, work, and travel. What sets Shanti apart is her whole-body, natural approach. She's not someone who pushes a Western medicine fix for everything--she's incredibly attuned to the body's natural rhythms and honors the simplicity and wisdom of how we're built. She challenges me in the best ways, always pushing me toward actual growth while being emotionally supportive and truly caring along the way. And honestly--her approach works. I've been dealing with insulin resistance and hormonal shifts, and in just two months I've experienced a major, positive transformation in how I feel and how my body functions.
