I had one of the most profound experiences with Leni. I attended a full day group session for spiritual coaching that included various forms of meditation, breathwork and movement. It started with simple exercises but progressed with more intensity to where my mind and body were aligned and very present, prepared to let go of what no longer serves me and ready to clear my mind. Plenty of breaks were given throughout the day along with coconut water and homemade ginger tea and ended with a lovely spread of fruit and nuts, and home cooked meal (primarily vegetarian). I came to this session with the specific intention to address my asthma, which I've had since childhood and has worsened in the recent years. Seems strange to address a physical condition through spiritual means, but I've tried just about everything - all the supplements, all the medicine, all the diets, all the air filters, etc. and was ready to try alternative routes. In reading, "The Body Keeps the Score," a statistic that children with trauma are 50x likely to develop asthma deeply resonated. My condition must be more than just allergy-induced asthma, right? It had to be related to some trauma or something in the subconscious. As the day went on, I felt I had what would be considered a therapeutic "breakthrough", accessing, and processing some memories/feelings and receiving warm validating messages. All the while, Leni was there to "catch" me and made me feel safe to surrender to the experience. Leni created a very safe space and curated a diverse yet synergetic group of people for this experience. Her prompts and guidance helped me hone in my intention to the point of literally manifesting symptom-free days following the session! It has been almost a month since the session and my symptoms have subsided, which is a miracle! I normally would use an inhaler at least once a day, but I've only used it a handful of times...and there was even a 7 day stretch where I didn't need it! I really can't explain it; I don't quite understand it. All I know is that something was knocked loose within my subconscious, making it feasible to access my inner wisdom so that I can begin healing a debilitating condition. I started seeing Leni when I started feeling aimless. I actually went to see her on a whim. After my first session I learned she has been very helpful, over and beyond my expectations.. My sessions with her have made me see what it is I want from my future, what was holding me back, and what steps I need to take. I have also started learning to control my mind which was my biggest problem. The biggest change I have noticed in myself is more optimism. Leni is very caring and empathetic. I recently participated in one of Elena Pratte's Somatic Release Breathwork sessions and it was the most intense breathwork I have experienced.
