So, when I finally pulled this location up on Yelp, we were worried for a few minutes. But, we were welcomed with a friendly and patient voice. We waited what we consider to be an average and acceptable amount of time for our food. It arrived hot and fresh-tasting. The only snafu was that we got a chocolate cake donut with glaze vs a raised donut with chocolate frosting. Oh well, it was eaten. We would stop here again.

I typically drive to the store downtown Brooksville on 41 because I want my order right and in a timely manner. Today I didnt have time to go over there and tried once again. I placed a mobile order at 11:56 and got to the drive thru line at 12:10, there were 2 cars in front of me. I waited in total 45 min to get my order of 2 coffee's and 2 snackin bacon. 2 coffees not made as ordered and when I asked they guy to add more cream and sugar to one of them, and tossed me some sugar packets and walked off before I could say anything else. I only got 1 of the 2 bacon I paid for but frankly I almost abandoned the whole order regardless of money lost as "i didn't have the time" today to be out this long. I could have gone to town and back twice. NEVER AGAIN... I don't know how this store stays open, poor I75 travelers that dont know any better. It's a disgrace! Dunkin should shut it down!

Disappointing Experience at Dunkin' Donuts…read more I had a very upsetting experience at this Dunkin' Donuts location today. After placing my order and receiving it, I politely asked, "Could I possibly have some ketchup?" One employee silently pointed behind me, and I quickly realized the ketchup was in plain sight. I laughed it off, saying, "Oh duh, thank you so much!" What truly upset me was what happened next. I overheard an employee (or perhaps a manager) with bright red dyed hair say, in a loud and condescending tone, "Look around, use your eyes." It was unnecessary and incredibly rude. I felt ashamed and embarrassed, all because I made a harmless mistake by not noticing the ketchup station right away. It's the start of a new year, and while I understand that everyone can have a bad day, there's no excuse for taking it out on customers. I was just trying to get breakfast and left feeling humiliated because of someone's negativity. I hope management addresses this issue, as kindness and basic respect go a long way. No one deserves to feel shamed over something so small.
