Upon arriving in court I learned that the sentence I agreed to was illegal Mr. Koon persuaded me take a plea that was beyond sentencing guidelines. He never even reviewed the plea nor negotiated anything the paperwork proves this. I was then sentenced to an additional felony and a maximum sentence. Worst mistake hiring this attorney his negligence will cost me the rest of my life.

FROM: ilania F, Orange, CA…read more This attorney, Mr Bullock, took my retainer, $2500, via his legal assistant, and without ever talking to me 1) Sent a demand letter of no substance to the parties 2) Named someone in the salutation of the letter that I have never heard of, who has nothing to do with the situation. 3) Took over a month to write the demand letter and three months later had never followed up the demand letter with a call or a second letter to support the "demand" 4) Mr. Bullock has a rabid legal assistant who yells (all caps) in emails, I still have them! and she is agitated and rude on the phone. 5) Legal assistant does not respond to emails and always claims they were in her junk mail....oops 6) I finally had to hire a local CA attorney to call him to find out what was going on with my case and why the billing was so outrageous. After all, he was doing little to nothing yet he was outraged we inquired about his bill. GO ELSEWHERE FOR COMPETENT LEGAL COUNCIL
