My plea offer dropped one felony and one misdemeanor as I would be charged one felony and one misdemeanor. Upon arriving in court I learned that the sentence I agreed to was illegal Mr. Koon persuaded me take a plea that was beyond sentencing guidelines. He never even reviewed the plea nor negotiated anything the paperwork proves this. I was then sentenced to an additional felony and a maximum sentence.
