This accountant had booked large amount money that was transferred to his clients affiliates or had bought shares in another company.However Bullock blew the opportunity to question these- the outcome would have been different with an EXPERT'S Presence; He time to time cut depos short; did not prepare witnesses nor his clients. He had appt late at night 10.00pm- and next day be in front of the Judge in the am.His Aim was to make us look tired - we are care givers our father needs 24 hr care! He told us that we had no choice but to settle the case otherwise the judge is going to sell the property on the court house steps! This is absolutely wrong- the property was not a distress- the wrong doings of the 50% of the shareholder he did not high light; He had the opposing attorney draw up a settlement- settle in 10 days- not possible Franchise by laws stated 30 days- We cannot buy the property even though we had found the property and we were willing to pay higher then what was offered. BULLOCK stated"it does not work that way they have to buy- I said NO - I also have money and Financing available- at this time he Ran out to call opposing attorney they stated money to wire in 48 hrs- this never took place . ( this contract was unenforceable but never advice us that this time we can buy the property) Also the opposing attorney took more then 10 days to prepare mutual releases whatever was not covered in the settlement was now in the releases. Once the ownership was transfered NO one showed up at the property to pick up the KEYS. He told us to remain there this was 8.00pm!! After the settlement another complaint wa s filed. BULLOCK read it & stated he can't represent us. Within 1 day we had to go to court. I arrived at the court , Bullock and his friend and wife were present- told me he can represent us. Anyway at the hearing he Failed ti inform the JUDGE about the breach of contract. We got several calls from him to prepare for the new complaint. We hired A new ATTORNEY . He was shocked at our settlement- & his research showed about the breach of contract. Bottom line he was not working for us and we unnecessarily gave up our ownership.

My plea offer dropped one felony and one misdemeanor as I would be charged one felony and one misdemeanor. Upon arriving in court I learned that the sentence I agreed to was illegal Mr. Koon persuaded me take a plea that was beyond sentencing guidelines. He never even reviewed the plea nor negotiated anything the paperwork proves this. I was then sentenced to an additional felony and a maximum sentence. Worst mistake hiring this attorney his negligence will cost me the rest of my life.
