I received a message from All Seasons they were booked out as well. I went to bed thinking, I'll just let my property manager handle it in the morning and even sent an email stating so. To my surprise, I got a message via Yelp from All Seasons to call and book a service schedule. I called and was able to schedule for an opening they had the next day. The air conditioning is working again, and the tenants and I couldn't be happier! Well... more so for the tenant than me - as any property owner can attest. But things do break and are in need of repair! If you are looking around for an HVAC company and have rentals in the Denison/Sherman area, please consider All Seasons. I can't speak on costs because I have no other HVAC companies to compare them to. I do know they charge $99 for a call out. More times than not, things stop working unexpectedly. They worked on it instead and made it too loud to even operate. I told them to just replace it. They found out that it is out of production and told me they would find out what the replacement would be. They said Gree always takes their time to get back with them, but it has now been over three weeks. I called them after a week and they said they were still waiting on Gree. Looks like they don't know what they're doing, nor do they care, since I haven't heard from them.

Thinking one of the girls maybe spilled water, I was wrong. We had a leak coming from under the bathroom sink. Called the spouse to have him come and check to see if the pipes were leaking under the sink. Nope! Spouse said it was in the wall. We called Allen Plumbing & HVAC, as my daughter had previous amazing service on an A/C Unit at another home. Last week two professional young techs came out and knew exactly where to zero in to find the issue. This is a two story home so I was hopeful it wasn't upstairs, and it wasn't. Randy could've sold us a bigger system than we needed but was honest and told me we didn't need one that big. He made us a priority and worked us into the schedule the next day. He even showed up with Kenny and Tim to help relay the details. The guys went above and beyond during the install. We have an older house and smaller system before so it required some effort.
