The office staff claimed they would call her back but did not do so, so I encouraged her to call again since they were likely busy. The front desk answered and placed her on hold, but they forgot to actually push the button so my daughter had to sit there and listen to the other staff and the front desk staff talk about her. They laughed that this was the third time she had called and made fun of her being from out of state. They agreed with each other to just tell her that the dentist had left and they said their goodbyes. When the front desk person returned to the phone and said the dentist had left, my daughter brought up the fact that she was not placed on hold and just heard their entire conversation. The staff member became very quiet, failed to apologize, simply mumbled something, and hung up. This is the worst unprofessional customer service I have been a part of experiencing. They showed no care or sympathy and were inappropriately disrespectful.

The hygienists are awesome, the office manager makes sure everything is ready and billing is done correctly. I recently had to have my two front teeth crowned and initially the color was off. I called and Mateo was helpful and got me an appointment same day. My cleanup was done and no issues only thing is the office is small and felt claustrophobic that staff kept bumping me.

He got me in and told me that he was going to make the crown himself and let me see it first and if I didn't like it then he would send out to have it made professionally. BUT he decided on own without allowing me to see the tooth that it was good enough and he cemented it on without even letting me see it. The tooth was huge and didn't match my other teeth and didn't fit well in the spot. It hurt really bad for 6 months. I went back a few times and he got mad about it. At the 6 months cleaning I explained it still hurt. He dismissed me. I have now finally been able to go to another dentist (a year later) who noticed right away that it was irritated and that it had a huge clump of cement that was not cleaned off. I guess if you are only going for a cleaning this place is fine but if you need anything serious beware. He is an asshole when you don't agree with him and try to tell him how YOU feel about YOUR OWN MOUTH.

My Seattle dentist (Dr. Cris Simmons) is one of the top TMJ specialists in the world. His wife/secretary (Anna) referred me to Dr. Sanchez. I called for an appointment and was offered a free half-hour consultation. I phoned back Anna and she said that's a very good sign. She said that if they wanted me to make an appointment for x-rays, run the other direction. Lol During the consultation, it was clear that Dr. Sanchez had years of advanced specialized training with TMJ. He inspected my appliance and said he can definitely make one that's comparable. But even though it's slightly chipped in the front, it won't affect the functionality or comfort so it's not worth wasting my money on a new one. His advice was to continue using it until there's more serious wear. I felt relieved to find a dentist in my new city who's honest AND a highly experienced expert with TMJ.

Dr.Farley is extremely experienced and educated in his field and has been practicing for over 35 years, he will never over-charge or make you get work done that is not necessary for his benefit. I have been to the comfort dentals and places like that and they never cleaned my teeth nearly as good as Sheri the hygienist! They also did 8 fillings on all my molars the SAME DAY and I told them I had TMJ and once the numb my whole mouth my jaw locked and they still forced it open because they already numb me and didn't want to waste it.... I was furious to say they least and I;m just extremely thankful that he know excepts my insurance. If you are looking for educated, experienced, old-fashioned but reliable and trustworthy care this place is the only place in NM hands down!!!

They completely ignore any anxiety even if you tell them that you are uncomfortable you will not even receive a response. I wen through 2 sessions of a grind down of my teeth for a bite adjustment with water and saliva splashing in my face, a fluorescent light and a dental hygienist pulling my lip away form my face. 10 minutes before this nightmare ended I finally told them "you guys should get glasses for this" "we have them. Would you LIKE some?" They rude dentist responded. "yes" I replied, then 10 minutes later the dentist walks out without saying a word. Then when I leave the ONE receptionist is on the phone with the dentist literally sitting back in a chair staring off into the distance, I ask "can I leave?" the receptionist glares at me and says on the phone "I am SO sorry. Hold on." Looks at me "yes you can go, did they tell you anything?" I replied "no" she look away and then says again to the person on the phone "I am SO sorry about that." Making me feel like a total inconvenience. This was such an awful experience I will never return there.

Med Spa? It hits you in the face when you walk in. How about just dentistry? 2. My first experience they used some sort of plaque laser that I later was charged for because it wasn't covered. I had never heard of this treatment before, and I'm not entirely sure it's of significant value. 3. I was told that I needed to have a 360 scan of my mouth or head for today's appointment - that it's a requirement of the doctor to provide care. This scan is only 50% covered by most insurance, including mine, resulting in a $100+ out of pocket bill. 4. This is the same practice that billed me for a bunch of DeFazio's work when HE was my dentist. I told them I'm NEVER going to pay those invoices. Long story short: They have quality dentists and hygienists, but the business is a money-grubbing enterprise that will stop at nothing to sell you additional services, many of which have nothing to do with dentistry. I found it extremely off-putting. I just want a dentist to make sure my teeth are healthy. I don't want all that crap. He's going to get $0 from me from now on.
