He knew the treatment options and was able to explain them. He was good with middle aged women and men. Not sure he did a full exam but he did give me some good advice that changed the course of a very painful injury. And he is just and employee of OM and not a boss as one person said. Just because he has the MD doesn't make him in charge but who knows maybe now he does have a new admin position in this form of health care delivery?

I love one medical and would recommend them to everybody!! It's a one stop shop with a lab to get your blood works done as well. This is how it went: 12:07PM: Called to schedule annual physical and pap for 6/8/21. She said she can do it both during the same appointment but will need to charge it to insurance for different days. I didn't mind so I set the appointment. After I hung up, I realized that I didn't need to get a pap this year so... 12:18PM: I called her to change the appointment and make sure the appointment is only for an annual physical. She said "ok just tell the office when you're here that day". I wanted to make sure that it's on the record that I'm only coming for the annual physical (and NOT the pap also) since I don't want her to charge my insurance for both visits. I don't think she understood my concern because she explained to me that she cannot confirm whether my insurance will charge me or not. A few hours later, I decided it was probably better to find a doctor closer to me so... 2:05PM: I called the office again and it went to voicemail. She called me back right away from another number and just said "yeah?".... so unprofessional that she didn't say who she was but I recognized her voice. I said "I have a June 8 appointment and I'd like to cancel it please." And she said "yeah that's fine" and hung up without confirming anything else. I tried calling her back but she didn't pick up. From this experience, I'm glad I'll be going to another doctor. I just hope that she doesn't charge my insurance and claim that I didn't show up for the appointment.

Instead of just thinking about this being a resistant case of high blood pressure. A simple ultrasound let alone CT scan would've helped identify the lymphoma mass sitting on the kidney being the reason, but this doctor dint care enough probably due to insurance concerns to order one. i am very disappointed and its been 9 months after the blood pressure initial episode when we detected the lymphoma mass.
