He HAD to use the CATSCAN and didnt even use them, till I was out of the chair getting ready to leave. So for the $200+ dollars I wish there had been some other kind of benefit that came with it, like breakfast, dinner and a bottle of wine. lol So job wise, they were awesome, CAT SCAN Necessary, I Dont think so as my 2nd medical opinion thought and my dentist had already determined.

When I called to reschedule, they told me I owed them a $50 cancellation fee due to the same day cancellation. I tried to explain that it was a same day cancellation because it was a same day appointment that I made 10 minutes earlier. They didn't care - they REALLY wanted that $50 cancellation fee! Unfortunately, the last time we were there, something had changed - we were no longer patients but now revenue sources. It was recommended that I have three new crowns and my wife two. We noticed my wife was being charged a different rate for cleaning than me. We asked to speak to the dentist about it, but she refused. We were never contacted again. Amazing that after supporting them for so long that they did not try to retain us as customers. More telling - we went to another dentist today. It felt more professional and while I needed minor periodontal work, they said both of us did not need any other work.

I came across information about FREE dental services (including extractions) being offered to veterans on Thursday, 11-09-23. I told my dad about the promo. He contacted them and he was able to receive treatment. Though he served close to 30 years in the military, he had not seen a dentist in many years as coverage, even with TriCare insurance, for veterans is not what it needs to be. He told me that they took good care of him and as soon as he has adequate dental coverage, he would be returning.
