Unfortunately, the last time we were there, something had changed - we were no longer patients but now revenue sources. It was recommended that I have three new crowns and my wife two. We noticed my wife was being charged a different rate for cleaning than me. We asked to speak to the dentist about it, but she refused. We were never contacted again. Amazing that after supporting them for so long that they did not try to retain us as customers. More telling - we went to another dentist today. Also, an assistant came in the room and gave me a bag of items (electric tooth brush, water flosser, and medicated mouthwash... which averaged out to $199) I asked was it free and she said no they charged for it on your initial bill. Something that I definitely do not recall purchasing during my first visit. They charge you for what they want to charge you for. They're also stalling on giving me a refund, for what reason. I don't not know. They also plan for extracting teeth that clearly has not damage. As a business, the need to do better. BTW I'm sure that the refunds, that I should be receiving, amounts to over $1,000.

I knew I needed some pretty extensive dental work done after a car accident that I was in, and went to two other dentists before seeing Dr. Morrison. Sheila is the receptionist, and will make sure you know how much you will owe before your appointment takes place. They are always very conscious of how people are on a budget, so if it is not in your current ability to pay, you can schedule around that. I think there are two hygienists, but mine is Ashleigh. She is nice, and does a very thorough cleaning. One of the perks of this office, is that they have the ability to take an x-ray in each of the rooms. Just the regular chair that you sit in to get a cleaning, they put on the apron, insert the film, and it comes up on the computer behind you. If you need any fillings, or crowns, or anything, the person who assists Dr. Morrison is Anna. Anna is his right hand, and is always there when he needs anything. She does a very good job, and definitely makes sure all parties involved are comfortable. Dr. Morrison has been very kind to me during the process of getting my mouth back to 100% after my accident, and believe me it was a process. I would recommend him to anyone who is nervous about the dentist, or anyone looking for a good environment to get their teeth cleaned. They accept all insurances too!
