MEN GOING THROUGH DIVORCE! MEN GOING THROUGH DIVORCE WITH KIDS! Went through a divorce that lasted 2 years. He comes off as dry an very arrogant. Recommended a GAL and for the most part Michele Hammond, the GAL in the case (who met with me 1 time for less than an hour a YEAR before) disappeared. As she was running for judge I guess she was too busy to put her work before the extra. I asked and pleaded with Doug NUMEROUS times to call her out and he never did. I guess to protect his colleague for future cases. He DID NOT put his client first. One sided judgement to say the least but its all because this man who swore an oath DOESN'T put his clients first. Several PDL cases never heard in court. Got the judgement from him in email stating I'd not only lost my kids, never getting my personal property back as well as a message at the end saying he can't talk about it because he's on vacation. Drop a bomb shell and retreat. No empathy. Doesn't even have kids of his own so looking to him for great representation is not in your best interest. After he came back from vacation and gave me another email saying he'd reach out to me before the judgement was final. NEVER heard from him. If you're looking for a lawyer my suggestion is to go somewhere else. Part of the corrupt system. read more
