Super greedy business practices. This company provides the school photos for my childrens school. I…read moredo not want the printed media they offer as it does not suit my needs but I would like the digital file to use for gifts for the family. When I spoke with them to inquire about purchasing a digital copy of the file they informed me that I would have to buy a package of printed media first and then add-on the digital file, the cheapest option for that setup would be $50 per kid. So $100 to get 2 digital files. Thats absurd and greedy. I don't understand a business that would rather get $0 from me rather that get $50 for two digital files that would take them less than 1 minute to email. This is a greedy business practice and I would not reccomend this company to anyone in the Tucson area and I will be petitioning the school board to move to a different provider with flexible options. SHAME ON YOU!
