I call this company to try and get it fixed and get no answer. so I go to there office and noone is there. a few minutes pass and a box truck pulls up I get out and ask them if there is anyone I can talk to about it and they tell me there office is closed. they call there boss and they say he will give me a call about it. I wait all thru the next day and get no call, so I call them today and the "owner" is very rude and says " I'm not going to argue with you, I'm just going to hang up". it's terrible when a company does something wrong and refuses to own up to it. You pay so much for these lawn mowers but there is always mistakes that happen and errors in your equipment. right? well not here they are perfect and make no mistakes, in there eyes anyways. I just wanted my windshield fixed before it got colder and cracked even worse. they could have done the right thing but instead decided to be rude. lie about me. and refuse to help when they are the ones who broke my property. its sad when a company like this does something wrong and refuses to help someone. Dont they have insurance for these kind of situations?? I have to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket because this company won't take responsibility for there mistakes.
