Sold us a battery that they got from auto parts store uptown, the initial cost of battery was 274.00 kansasland charged us 500.00 plus 127.00 for parts and labor adding up 627.00 roughly. We questioned them about it, they said it was a special kind of battery at first which it wasn't, then they said it was a glitch in computer and they have no way of controlling computer when it does that. We asked for a refund, they ended up giving us 224.00 back. This is considered price gouging, people on S.S can't afford prices such as these. While my husband was changing the tire, I called around and was able to confirm these guys had the tires we need. They told us that if we arrived after 6, the charge would be an after hour charge. They had us in and out in less than an hour plus one of the employees was super helpful and helped my husband duct tape the portion of bumper that was damaged by the tire, so that we could continue to CO. Everyone was super friendly and I can't say enough about how great the experience here was.

R&R found the right parts, disassembled the differential and rear axle, replaced all 5 studs, reassembled the axle, and got us back on the road the same day. They even worked with us to try to get a replacement wheel so we wouldn't have to drive on the spare across Kansas. The owner's wife was going to drive one back from Salinas, but sadly the Ram dealer in Salina didn't have any that fit. I hope I never have to get auto service in Oakley again, but if I do, I know where to go.
