I then sent a text and Mr. Lopez responded. We set up a mobile appointment with one of his barbers for 5 pm today. He did not ask for my address and when I asked him if he needed it (since he was traveling to my hotel), I didn't get a response which raised a red flag. 5 pm comes and goes and I didn't hear from him. I reached out to ask if someone was coming, but I never got a response. I was disappointed because the shop's reviews were so positive. If you couldn't accommodate an appointment or had to cancel, just communicate that. No need to waste people's valuable time with horrible business practices.

I got a tight zero fade side part for $25 with 10% off after a Yelp check it. My barber, Junior, shaved my hair to the skin and faded the rest to the top which takes skill. I was not only pleasantly surprised by the service I received, but also I came to find out that the barber I randomly chose, is related to someone I used to hang out with in my young years. The cut was great, Xavier the barber did a great job on my beard. I did the "full package" which also included a face mask, a hot towel and shave as well as a black charcoal mask at the end...
