Staff are responsive, friendly, and have clear communication. Repairs are handled very quickly and effectively - the maintenance guys are wonderful! The landscaping is always neat and completed at reasonable hours. Everyone in the complex during my stay was quiet and respectful of their neighbors, and it always felt extremely safe. Every unit has an individual entrance, and with lots of surrounding green space, it felt less "apartment-like". The complex is located right by Fairfield Mall and other shopping complexes, so on nice days it was easy to walk to the store. The main annoyance would be that USPS packages are automatically kept in the office. Since my work hours were not aligned, I would only be able to pick those up on the weekends. It's safe though, never had a stolen package! I also wished there was a recycling option. The price was great for the value and amount of space. Wish the apartments were a little more updated (style is early 2000s or so) but regardless, my unit was in great shape.

The large beautiful sparkling pool, lots of space plenty of chairs and so clean. Clubhouse is always clean and ready for the residents, so is the fitness center it is always clean TV's on, and in great condition. I have begun to realize most of the complaints are from past residents that did not follow their lease and must have violations of some sort. I appreciate management keeping up with the lease and making sure everyone follows it, otherwise why am I choosing to live in an apartment community? I have learned they are really nice here, and if you follow the rules and just live amongst all the other residents and do not cause issues it is a wonderful place to be and I thank management. Shame on people that diss a company for actually not asking residents follow the rules but actually expect them too. Resident events are amazing too and so is maintenance the office staff is always there to answer questions or help out in anyway possible. Thank you Parkview.

I lived in one of their so-called luxury…read moretwo-bedroom townhomes and paid $1,810 per month after fees for a unit that was barely updated, had paper-thin walls, and came with an outrageously expensive energy bill because tenants are required to use Pioneer Energy. There is no option to choose a provider, which is especially frustrating considering how high the monthly costs are. The first major issue I experienced was the clubhouse incident. I rented the clubhouse for my one-year-old's birthday party and still had to pay a rental fee even though this space is advertised as an amenity for residents. The next morning, I logged into my rent portal to find a surprise $708 charge added for cleaning and allegedly staying past the scheduled time. The only thing that was not fully cleaned were the floors, and there were minor smudges on the couches from toddlers with sticky fingers, which should be expected when renting a shared space to residents with children. I refused to pay an overtime fee because I had confirmed ahead of time with the office employee, Devan, that no events were scheduled after ours. We even left the doors open and welcomed other tenants to join, since we are paying residents using a space that is part of the amenities we already fund. After pushing back, I was still forced to settle on $200 for cleaning, was banned from using the clubhouse going forward, and received no deduction or credit to my rent or fees despite continuing to be charged for amenities I was no longer allowed to use. When this situation first unfolded, management blocked my fob access to the gym, clubhouse, and mailroom. When I told Shanna (super unprofessional office employee, kept calling me honey and babe) that I was only restricted from renting the clubhouse. Shanna then argued with me, claimed that was not what she had been told, and refused to make any changes. I am fairly certain that restricting access to a tenant's mail is illegal, but that concern was clearly not taken seriously. Eventually mailroom and gym access were given back after continuous back and forth. After that incident, things only went downhill. Security is practically nonexistent. I had multiple packages stolen from the so-called secure mailroom, which means someone with a fob and authorized access took them. My car was broken into twice during my time living there, and one of those incidents resulted in an iPad being stolen. There are no security cameras in the parking areas, so when these things happen, you are essentially left with no recourse or support from management. The manager, Robyn Welch, is essentially useless. Anything reported to her receives no follow-up, no resolution, and no accountability. When my packages were stolen and the police were involved, the responding officer even commented that her behavior seemed "sketchy," noting that she gave them the runaround when asked for daily fob access logs and refused to provide a clear point of contact. To top it off, a former leasing agent warned me to avoid this property due to questionable management, excessive and arbitrary fees, security deposits never being returned regardless of condition, and ongoing gang activity in the complex, which explains the constant theft and car break-ins. I ignored the warning because I needed a place quickly, and that decision turned out to be a huge mistake. For perspective, I moved down the street into a brand-new four-bedroom, three-bathroom house in a newly developed neighborhood for only $300 more per month. Do yourself the biggest favor and do not rent here.

Pros -Quiet -Beautiful Property -Perfect for new couples looking to get a start in their lives -Maintenance are TOP DOGS -Rent is on the cheaper side -The office staff do everything they can to accommodate their guests -Close to many good restaurants, Kroger, and JUBIES ICE CREAM (Probably the best ice cream I've personally ever had) Cons -The Laundry facility on-site isn't the best, spent nearly 8 $ (at 2$ per load) to dry one load of non heavy laundry - The pet fee's are about 1/4th the price of your rent, and have a monthly allowance -Food Delivery is a nightmare in the back lots, some drivers will sooner make a U-Turn than properly locate your apartment and deliver your food. (We've had 3 orders go missing in the span of 2 months) Verdict: While Treeborn Apartments falls short in a few minor area's, the overall experience is fantastic, my Fiancé and I love it here and plan on staying until we are properly hitched and find ourselves our own permanent residence, with around the 750$ range of rent, we are able to build a successful, stable income that is allowing us to create the foundation for a perfect life together Thank you Treeborne for giving us this opportunity to love and grow without hassle

We have written complaints for the 1st month we have lived here about smoking when they had told us that smoking in the apartment buildings was not aloud that was a lie. We have complained of lots noises banging on walls etc. Which apparently others in this 8912 building has also complained. We have went to the authorities only after getting harassment emails from the office not only not knowing where the loud noices are coming from but to just assume for we as well have offered the office to come check out the issue and to invite them into our home as well. They have threatened us with a eviction and have called us screaming at my husband over the phone. My husband is a local police officer there for working many hours as I work at a bar from 3pm to 3am. We are hardly ever home. When rent was do we have always paid on time. We even have them set to auto pay and they have charged us 200. For a late fee when it shouldn't of been late. I pay on the web site with a 5,000. Credit card limit which they are attached to. I'm tired and we are doing our best to keep the peace, this office is unreasonably hate full and shows no respect for their tenants. Please be advised to read you contracts before moving in. Know your rights and have a attorney go over what those rights are with you. The only time she was every "loud" is if she would walk up the stairs and if my dogs had to go potty they would get excited other than that which are uncontrollable we were quite and did not cause excessive noise. There were banging noises that we could hear from other apartments that surround but we did not complain , however we kept getting hurrassed by bs complaints so I made some of my own our neighbors would smoke in there garage every day and it was disgusting to smell , we made complaints about that and nothing ever changed. I even got a call from the manager in the office screaming at me at 10am " what the hell is going on over there ! " mind you i just woke up and my wife was in the shower this incident was because a neighbor complained that there walls were shaking , which is utter bs . As far as there statement goes to my wife about factual evidence we were the tenants that had to suffer with this . Complaints were brushed off and residents were treated differently, which was very concerning. After just 3 months, I had no choice but to leave because the stress from this place took a toll on my health. To make matters worse, they charged me for August rent even though I wasn't living there, plus extra fees on top of keeping my deposit. The only positive was Rebecca -- she's kind, helpful, and works so hard, but it's sad that management runs her all around without giving her the recognition she deserves. This community caused nothing but financial and emotional stress. Save yourself the headache -- there are much better places to live in the area.
