Tera Bragg, the leasing manager, worked with us for almost a year to manage the timing of the beginning of our lease. Also wants tenants to tell the office more than 60 days they are moving out by the end of the lease without receiving any reminder/notification to make that decision - near a homeless shelter (did not cause me any issues) but guys will occasionally cat call
