It was understood when Jonathan of Mr. Right TV Mounting responded to do the job. It was expressed once again when he arrived, and his assurance he would deliver the same results. It was clear when the job was unsatisfactory completed, he had no intention of doing the job I wanted, that he would hang the tv and use a white enclosure to hide the wires instead of placing an electrical outlet and running the wires the proper way. I HIGHLY recommend before you even think about utilizing this company, you get quotes from at least 20 different companies, and make him your very last option. And then when I said, I'm confused (because he didn't answer my question about price matching that) his response was "[competitor] is wrong on his pricing and must be desperate for work." A competitor quote was too low so they resorted to insulting the competitor. I do not want someone like that in my home.

He mounted it on the wall, ran the proper HDMI cables for a great 4K experience and calibrated the tv and audio equipment so that we got the full benefit from our sound system to the tv. I could not have done this myself. He has the correct equipment to do a professional installation which we have never experienced before. He also dressed up all of our cables and ran them through the wall for a clean, seamless look so that all we see on our wall is the Samsung tv and its great 4K picture. Talked to them and they came out and gave me an estimate.....come to find out he is a dealer for Samsung and I could buy the TV from him for the same cost. Bought the TV and a new receiver from him. He installed it with a wall mount, hid the wires, installed my old TV in my office along with my PS4 and Apple TV. Hooked up my new TV with a new Yamaha receiver which he is also a dealer for, recalibrated my surround sound and his work was flawless! Couldn't be more happier with the install and the results!
