I was driving at night, got off exit at 2am and had to sleep in my van in 0 degree temperatures. Chris invited me to come to his shop and let me jump to the front of the line on his very busy day. I was in by 8:10 am. He got my van diagnosed, parts delivered and I was back on the road after lunchtime. I am so grateful to him to help me get back on the road. I am a dog/house sitter and I was expected in Annapolis that night. The homeowner had already left the country for a trip. Chris and his team were not only professional but generous in their efforts to help me. I was told where I could get lunch and I was able to sit in his waiting area for hours, have bathroom access and even had a fireplace turned on because I was cold. 1/19/22 I just picked up my 2010 Nissan Frontier from having damage repaired due to my own…read morestupidity. They coordinated the entire process with my insurance company and Enterprise Rental to make the repairs as smooth and easy as could be. The work took 7 days, just what I was told up front, and was very well done. Just one small glitch, hence the four, rather than five stars. They did a good job, except they forgot to re-install the windshield washer filler neck. Good thing I tried it out on the way home. The reservoir was empty. When I got home from the body shop I opened the hood to refill the reservoir, and the filler neck was laying flat on top of where it would go. The tank is between the inner & outer fenders. I was wondering on my way back if they'd need to remove the outer fender to put the filler neck in place. I called them, and Steve, the owner said bring it right back. They popped it right in, put a retaining clip on, refilled it, all while I sat in the truck. Five minutes, tops. I'm happy with their work.

I learned today that they also do the "simpler things" too. My 9 year old car has areas of paint loss and it is time to fix the paint or sell the vehicle. I thought such a job would be too small. Not the case! The reception staff offered a warm welcome. Bob treated the car the way he might a high end import. The estimate was detailed. With this information in hand we can decide how to proceed. One thing is clear. If we choose to fix the paint no other estimate will be needed. North Haven Auto Body will be the way to go!

They told me it would be just over $600.00, and stated that they cannot get the parts in until Tuesday due to the holiday and they can fix it then. I told them nevermind, and he said good luck because no one will be able to fix it today or over the weekend. I stopped off at another place, and they were able to get the part and had it fix the same day, and it only cost $200.00. Hmmmm, saving of $400.00.. I wanted to give them extra and they said no. I wonder how many others they ripped off and also ripped off the insurance company.
